We were stranded in Tel Aviv due to fires in Jerusalem, without any of our belongings, and had to find a place to stay on very short notice. Orly was very hospitable, provided a very comfortable place with everything we needed under our unusual circumstances, including chargers for our phones and ice for my wife's knee, which was recovering from recent surgery. Flexible enough to find another room that could be available 2 more nights if fires continued. And she was absolutely delightful!

Only one issue, exterior. Loud party of kids between 2 and 3 in the morning. Unlikely a daily occurrence, and if we stayed another night, I believe we could have better sealed one of the windows to better muffle the sound.

We had a perfect stay -- Orly came to greet us personally and show us everything, and although our stay was too short to make use of many of the amenities, everything we could have needed was there! Amazing location only a few minutes' walk from the Azrieli mall and Sarona market.

The only negative thing I should mention is that the building is a little scary-looking and I don't think it even says on the outside which building is number 68, but Orly did a fantastic job making videos for each apartment explaining how to recognize the building and find the apartment, so don't let that deter you -- the apartment itself is really lovely!

The flat was clean and modern and had absolutely everything I needed. In a very convenient location in Tel Aviv, close to train and light-rail stations, supermarkets, shopping centres, etc. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, great wifi and air conditioning. Orly was a very kind and attentive host, whom it was a pleasure to chat to. I will definitely try and stay here again next time I visit Tel Aviv.

The building in which the flat is located has seen better days and looks a little bit sinister when you first arrive. However, this should certainly not put anybody off staying here - the flat itself is really lovely.

Very nice clean modern spacious apartment after our first night in Tel Aviv with the other nightmare apartment we booked this apartment straight away and we wasn't disappointed at all, thanks Orly for the welcome and also for taking your time to advise us on things to do in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, this apartment has got everything you need, comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, oven and grill, pots and pans, plates and bowls, cups and glasses, washing machine. Also included was seasonings, washing up liquid, sponges, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, towels, iron, clothes drying rack, air conditioning, basically everything you need. To travel by foot to the supermarket and shopping mall is 10 minutes walk. The apartment is near buses and train station by foot it took roughly 3 minutes.

We didn't feel like we missed out on anything

This is the "Hidden Gem" you hear about but have never experienced. On a scale of 1 to 5 this space is a 10. This is a beautiful apartment with all the comfort of home. This gem is located in the heart of TelAviv. The location is local to shopping centers, hi tech industry, entertainment, and some of the best restaurants in town. The train station is only a few blocks away, busses and taxis available everywhere. Orly, the spectacular host has brilliantly decorated and furnished the apartments large rooms with comfortable beds, a sofa and lots of closet space! Big screen TV, full kitchen and a work area round off this amazing space in the heart of TelAviv. Orly responded instantly to any questions I had and took the time from her busy schedule to be there personally when I arrived to welcome me and familiarize me with everything I needed to know. I'm sure I will not want to stay anywhere else on my upcoming visits, and I'm sure you will feel the same way. I have no connection to the apartment owner and was not paid or otherwise compensated for this review.

I have nothing negative to say

Nice host, clean and large apartment in a central location. The entrance is the opposite of fancy (old building) but the room itself was nice. Good air-conditioning.

There was a pigeon sitting on it's nest between the window and the "תריס". It made some noise at night and there was no way to get rid of it :(.

We stayed a whole week although we planned to stay only 4 days! Lots of new places to see this time including an updated Beit Hatsufot museum at TLV university. The trip was made ever more pleasant due to our host Orly who went out of her way to look after all our needs and questions. RECOMMEND AND WOULD STAY AGAIN.

The house is right in the center of Tel Aviv and almost all the touristic centers are half an hour away on foot maximum.also almost all bus lines pass close to the house,the train station is 15 minutes away even though we walked with baby stroller - a great convenience to go to Jerusalem and the airport.unfortunately if you come on Shabbat, the train and bus do not work and the taxi brings about 100 shekels,we came cheaper by using a shared taxi.Orly is one of the most helpful and hospitable hosts I have ever met,she answered all our questions and solved our problems instantly.

It's not related to the house, but I don't understand why the Tel Aviv municipality carries out infrastructure works at night, so the house on the roadside can be noisy.

Orly, the owner or property manager was very friendly and provided excellent service. She accommodated our requests for luggage storage after we checked out, while we toured Tel Aviv for a day. She even lent us her screw driver for my husband to fix the luggage handle. The location was close to public transport, bus and train. Walking distance to Sarona Market, which I loved the place. And the laundry facility in our loft!

Perhaps the property could provide a hair dryer, but I didn't see one. And a box of tissue. Nothing major, but it would be a big plus, especially the hair dryer.

The apartments corresponds to the photos. Nice and clean room, very spacious. The room has all the amenities: microwave, electric stove, kettle. TV with smart TV, convenient to watch YouTube. Very comfortable double bed. The hotel is very well located, close to all shopping centers, restaurants and shops. The hotel is conveniently accessible from the station and the airport. Very good and detailed instructions on the website for self check-in, it helped a lot. The hostess is a very kind and sweet woman, met us and showed us everything. The first day in Israel is 10/10.
