My wife wanted to switch a room They agreed to switch a room without any issues The breakfast was very good when my wife couldn’t come down to the dining room they accommodated us with a tray to the room The mattress were very comfortable

The property was located in Ramat Gan, a great area for shopping, eating and night life. The hotel has a great breakfast. Although it was additional at a higher price, it was well worth it. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It was on several bus lines that can get you in the TelAviv area, as well as the central train station. For the most part Israel is accessible. There are still some shops that you can’t get into. There are some shops that have portable ramps. All the local busses are accessible. The trains are accessible as well. There are many people that speak English, so it wasn’t too difficult to communicate.

The elevators were a little quirky. The system allows you to press your floor and the assigns a lift. Once inside it takes you to your floor without having to push any buttons inside. On the sabbath, there is one elevator that automatically goes to each floor without having to push any buttons. This takes a lot of additional time. The other two elevators work normally. On the sabbath, the whole breakfast is moved upstairs to their banquet hall. It is the same delicious breakfast, but no espresso machine.

Great pool, lovely plants around it, plenty of fresh towels, very good housekeeping service on a daily basis, very nice receptionist on our arrival day, great and varied breakfast, amazing location i Ramat gan/Giv'atayim, spacious rooms, plenty of towels and fresh and clean linen, comfortable bed.

The shower was a bit leaky, drainage needs improvement. There are no hooks on the bathroom to hang towels on, so that might be a good idea for improvement. I got a call from reception (at least that's what they told) on my last night of stay (out of 6) at 22.30 asking if I liked the service, which was rather odd and way too late in the evening.

It so close to every destination I plan on going. FOR NCLEX takers- less than 10minutes by taxi or even by bus. Hassle free. Money exchange is also available in the same building of the hotel. Food of different taste is available just around the hotel. Bus card is available next to the grocery store next to the hotel. All the staff in the hotel are re all my helpful. Kudos to Elizabeth, ilia and cozta- they assisted me in every way they can and I really appreciate them from the bottom of my heart. The hotel made me feel I’m home ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Plus the cleaners of the hotel- thank you for taking time in assisting me too. Very respectful, helpful, accommodating staff you have Thank you ❤️

Generally kind and helpful desk

Sometimes amateurish e.g. while I paid 2 months in advance to BOOKING, a young lady at the desk told me she doesn't see this on her computer, she explained me that I only registered my card (!) to BOOKING and she made me pay again : I paid twice. Fortunately the next day I showed the Booking receipt of my payment. She was long to admit it and not so polite she told me at the end "now you can go" ! And by the way I am still waiting for the refund 2 weeks later. I intend to wait 1 month and after that I will signal the problem to BOOKING

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They offered us free breakfast when our room wasn’t ready, but then put us right away in a room I suspect was exactly the same as we would have had. When we had trouble ordering a taxi that would accommodate 3 adults with 3 suitcases, the front desk clerks ordered one for us. The rooftop pool was very pleasant and a nice way to relax after a long flight.

The hotel was strongly perfumed, and it smelled as if it was covering up stale cigarette smoke. However, I have found this everywhere I’ve gone in Israel, so I think it’s just the way things are here.

Well maintained hotel, rooms are very clean and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff are extra ordinary, the Filipino staffs are so helpful giving us information on how to go about the city. The front desk staffs are exceptional as well. Lin, Tal and Maya was super friendly. Lin help me get an extended stay for about 5 hours for free. Yehey! For sure I will strongly recommend this hotel for other tourist visiting Israel.

I chose this hotel based on my mom's recommendation, and I'm very pleased. Before check-in, we couldn't find parking, so I called the reception, and they helped us. The room was clean. Arriving in the middle of the week, we practically had the rooftop pool to ourselves, there was also a lifeguard. The entire hotel staff is very friendly, speaks multiple languages, and they ready to assist guests at any time. Special thanks to Elizabeth from the reception, she was very polite and kind and professional.

The room and breakfast was wonderful. They treat me very very nice. This location is very good, because there are many facilities around. Transportation in and out is easy. Can get there by bus taxi and train. Specifically it is lose to a major train station.

Shower was wonderful. Amount of closet space was generous. Bed was very comfortable. Liked having many different lights in the room. Breakfast was delicious. Good variety of salads, fish and cheese. We liked having many places to sit in the dining room and looking out on the street below. Having a parking space in the building for very low cost was a big asset.

There should be a better selection of cakes for breakfast. We were told there are no extra blankets in the hotel. The one on the bed was not sufficient.
