Perfect location -- we came to Tel Aviv for a concert that was only half a block away, so very convenient. Very comfortable and clean.

The sleeping area is up a flight of rickety wooden stairs, so beware if you have mobility issues, and the floor squeaks -- our daughter was sleeping on the pull-out couch in the living room, so we probably woke her up getting to and from the bathroom during the night. The only other thing I would mention is the lack of shampoo in the shower, but all the other usual amenities were there.

From the moment We arrived, We were greeted by the warm and friendly owner who made us feel like a valued guest. He was available to assist with any queries or requests. The cleanliness and hygiene standards at accomodation were impeccable. The room was spotlessly clean, and the fresh linens and towels provided were of the highest quality. Well-equipped kitchen, tea. coffee, coffee maker, etc. Frisge with drinks and wine at a good price. The location is verry good. Just 10 minutes to beach and Old Jaffa. was ideal. Only 2 minutes to 24/7 open market („am.pm”). Everything as described on the website. In conclusion the accomodation was perfect for us (4 adults). The combination of outstanding customer service, cleanliness, comfortable facilities, ideal location, and commitment to safety made it a truly memorable stay

The apartment was really excellent. Clean, spacious and comfortable bed On the main street you can hear the cars a bit, but it's tolerable.The owner was really great, we've been there before and we were able to check in without any problems.On the last day of our stay, Hamas attacked Israel. Zach allowed us to stay in the apartment and told us how to behave during the alarm.It was very helpful, especially since we had never been in such a situation before.We stayed in the apartment until a taxi arrived to take us to the airport. Thank you Zach for your help.

The apartment is flawlessly clean and modern, a calm and cool oasis in the hustle and bustle of Tel Aviv in the summer. The kitchen is well equipped with a range of new appliances. The bathroom is large and has a high-quality feel to it. We could not have wished for a better host. Zach was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help with car parking, insider tips for eating out/sightseeing and even let us leave our luggage in his office after check-out as we had a late flight. Overall, amazing value for money and hopefully we will return one day.

It's not located in a cute area with shops and restaurants, but some of the best neighborhoods are just a few minutes walk away. Very well located on the line between Tel Aviv and Jaffa.

Had no complaints. Everything was great - the service by Zach and his responsiveness, the large, clean and comfortable room. Would highly recommend.

Amnon was a great host. Super helpful, always on hand to answer any question. Location of the flat is fantastic - 10' walk from Jaffa and the promenade, 5' from Florentin. Bus station (bus 54 to Hagana) a minute away. Lots of free parking sports around as we rented a car for a couple of days. Money exchange (if you need it), a few grocery stores (open od Sabbath as well), bakery... All steps away.. We were a party of three, the flat was ideal for us as it has a bedroom and a bed in the living room

Everything was super.

Very central to Levinski, Carmel and Jaffa Markets. Close walking distance to the beach and supermarket. On the bus routes. Airconditioning which was essential to the extreme heat! Comfortable bed! Knowledgeable and friendly host.

Our host Zach was very attentive and helpful. We were lucky to get an early check-in, which we needed a lot. Besides, he gave us recommendations for the restaurants for lunch and dinner, which were excellent, as well as other helpful advice. We were also welcomed with a bottle of good local wine. The apartment is stylish, cozy, spacious and clean. We were happy about everything.

I tried very hard but could not find anything we did not like.

The apartament is very nicely decorated and very chic. The bedroom is super cozy with the interior staircase, the bathroom is very nice. The landlord greeted us, came with us to park the car in the right place. He even offered a wine bottle as a welcome gift. The location is very close to Old Jaffa, we only walked for about 10 minutes.

Before entering the building, the area made me feel a little bit unsafe. Probably it was before we arrived late and it was dark, We didn't have the same feeling in the morning.
