The design of the rooms, the sweet entrance and access to coffee and tea corner at all hours. The room was clean, and comfortable. Small balconies at the end of the corridor which made for nice coffee break areas

some fixtures in the rooms came off and were loose (such as curtain holders) and when daily cleaning was done, the equipment was in the entrance and visable and in the way, which made it necesary to hop over when moving around the rooftop was poorly maintained which was a pity because the view is beautiful and could have made a nice spot to have afternoon tea or wine not enough utensils for coffee and tea (spoons)

The place is absolutely stunning! Such a beautiful design of lobby and rooms! Very comfortable bed and clean shower space! The reseption was very polite and we got immediately our needs such an iron Also safe storage in closet was very useful. They also have soooo perfect evening view from the roof! We really enjoyed it, as also morning coffe on the lobby, its 24/7, and late night drinks in balcony All is so quiet, we even didn't hear other guests in our floor The hotel is based in the middle of Jaffo, so it perfect for eating out, doing some walk around old city and back to the hotel.

As I said before... Best hotel in tel aviv by far. Boutique style. Excellent premises and decoration. Most fashionable and Italian style putting a sense of MILANO to it. Extremely comfortable and rooms are sound proof. Imagine a couples paradise. That's the place to go, alone or not, if you need real privacy, or real rest, nothing is better than this place. Been to at least 15 places in tel.Aviv and more than 40 in Israel. Nothing compares to this finesse and elegant luxury on a palace like environment. Of course I had to be back and will soon again. ❤️

The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere is great, good vibes. Location close to all attractions, walking distance to the beach and flea market

The shower door is see-through and open to the room in a way that could *maybe* fit couples but doesn’t fit other combinations like friends, family, children etc. In order for me to take a shower my friend had to leave the room. It is recommended to offer a more discreet option and allow the guests to choose if it’s ok for them. Also, there is no proper room for luggage storage for guests who checked out and want to leave their stuff and spend the day in the hotel area.

Perfectly located near the Jaffa Clock Tower, the Elmina offers great value. However, if you are expecting a 5- star luxury hotel you are going to be disappointed. The hotel was clean, comfortable and check-in (by electric code) was very simple.

The hotel has an amazing rooftop which is currently not in use - The hotel team can turn it into something special.

Such an amazing location with all you need. The room comes with a mini bar so you can enjoy a few drinks after a long day. The shower had great water pressure and Dead Sea shampoo and body was are provided. There’s also a coffee machine (we didn’t use it but a good addition to the room). The air conditioner works great and the bed was amazing, together with sun blocking curtains we had great sleep. Staff are welcoming and very accomodating. We especially loved the rooftop where anyone can access, superb view!

We would’ve liked if there was one table where we can write/do make up etc.

You have to know what you are getting here - if you are looking for the classic hotel with SPA, pool and 100 meter long breakfast buffet, this is not for you. This is a small, "boutique" hotel, offering excellent location, a unique design blending old and modern, lots of character, and a personal approach from the cordial staff. Of special note are: 1. Location, location, location: it is within a short walking distance from anywhere in old Jaffa - from the flea market to Ramses' gate, the old city to the beach. Affordable parking (24 NIS for 24 hours) can be found 200m from the place. 2. Despite being central - it is quiet enough to get a good night sleep. 3. Rooms are full of character, and boldly designed. 4. Lobby offers free hot drinks, excellent cakes and some additional "treats" 24 hours a day of you have the munchies at any point. Staff are cordial and responsive to guests' requests.

You have to "connect" with the unusual design - for example - the kitchenette sink is the only sink in the room - so you make your tea and shave at the same place.

Great place, authentic , the design is very pleasant and practical. Stuff is welcoming and will do Avery thing for you , I asked for an iron to iron my shirt they offered to help , eventually one of the staff came and did I it for me ! It was really exceptional! The location is perfect , 2 minutes walk to the beach , and public transportation is great to any ware

The staff were friendly and helpful. As a smaller hotel, the atmosphere was relaxed and you know that the staff will do what they can to help you out- which made our stay that bit more enjoyable. The rooms were nicely presented and comfortable, and we were upgraded too which was fantastic. I loved the cake and sweets in reception and you can even help yourself to a beer from the fridge. The location is great and although it is central to Jaffa, the street is quiet and accessible to south Tel Aviv. The building has been restored well and has lots of charm.
