As I said before... Best hotel in tel aviv by far. Boutique style. Excellent premises and decoration. Most fashionable and Italian style putting a sense of MILANO to it. Extremely comfortable and rooms are sound proof. Imagine a couples paradise. That's the place to go, alone or not, if you need real privacy, or real rest, nothing is better than this place. Been to at least 15 places in tel.Aviv and more than 40 in Israel. Nothing compares to this finesse and elegant luxury on a palace like environment. Of course I had to be back and will soon again. ❤️

The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere is great, good vibes. Location close to all attractions, walking distance to the beach and flea market

The shower door is see-through and open to the room in a way that could *maybe* fit couples but doesn’t fit other combinations like friends, family, children etc. In order for me to take a shower my friend had to leave the room. It is recommended to offer a more discreet option and allow the guests to choose if it’s ok for them. Also, there is no proper room for luggage storage for guests who checked out and want to leave their stuff and spend the day in the hotel area.

THE PROPERTY AND ROOMS REMINDS ME OF RENAISSANCE DESIGN AND STYLE OF THE BEST ITALIAN CITIES. MILANO, PORTO FINO, TAORMINA, COMO, ROMA, TOU NAME IT. SAME LEVEL EXTREMELY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.BY FAR. Such an amazing location with all you need. The room comes with a mini bar so you can enjoy a few drinks after a long day. The shower had great water pressure and Dead Sea shampoo and body was are provided. There’s also a coffee machine (we didn’t use it but a good addition to the room). The air conditioner works great and the bed was amazing, together with sun blocking curtains we had great sleep. Staff are welcoming and very accomodating. We especially loved the rooftop where anyone can access, superb view!

We would’ve liked if there was one table where we can write/do make up etc.

You have to know what you are getting here - if you are looking for the classic hotel with SPA, pool and 100 meter long breakfast buffet, this is not for you. This is a small, "boutique" hotel, offering excellent location, a unique design blending old and modern, lots of character, and a personal approach from the cordial staff. Of special note are: 1. Location, location, location: it is within a short walking distance from anywhere in old Jaffa - from the flea market to Ramses' gate, the old city to the beach. Affordable parking (24 NIS for 24 hours) can be found 200m from the place. 2. Despite being central - it is quiet enough to get a good night sleep. 3. Rooms are full of character, and boldly designed. 4. Lobby offers free hot drinks, excellent cakes and some additional "treats" 24 hours a day of you have the munchies at any point. Staff are cordial and responsive to guests' requests.

You have to "connect" with the unusual design - for example - the kitchenette sink is the only sink in the room - so you make your tea and shave at the same place.

Great place, authentic , the design is very pleasant and practical. Stuff is welcoming and will do Avery thing for you , I asked for an iron to iron my shirt they offered to help , eventually one of the staff came and did I it for me ! It was really exceptional! The location is perfect , 2 minutes walk to the beach , and public transportation is great to any ware

The staff were friendly and helpful. As a smaller hotel, the atmosphere was relaxed and you know that the staff will do what they can to help you out- which made our stay that bit more enjoyable. The rooms were nicely presented and comfortable, and we were upgraded too which was fantastic. I loved the cake and sweets in reception and you can even help yourself to a beer from the fridge. The location is great and although it is central to Jaffa, the street is quiet and accessible to south Tel Aviv. The building has been restored well and has lots of charm.

Gorgeous boutique hotel, more of a BnB vibe but suited us perfectly. Location is great, 3 min walk from the light rail or busses and to all central Yafo sites. Staff was accommodating and friendly, bed was super comfy and room was clean with strong aircon. Will definitely come back!

No elevator so keep that in mind, but there’s only three floors so not the end of the world.

The rooms were well appointed and the shower was fantastic. It was a good location for both the beach and old town Jaffa. This was a great value. There is no on site parking, but paid parking three blocks away and a good value.

There is no elevator in the hotel. If you cannot climb steps with luggage, this is not the place for you.

A wonderful little boutique hotel in the midst of old Jaffa. You immediately feel at home. The room is clean, the bed has a very good mattress and the shower is fantastic. Arié, the hotel owner and the other people who work there are very kind and very dedicated to their guests, you can ask them everything. They make you feel at home. You can have a good breakfast two minutes away from the hotel. In the hotel you always can drink tea, coffee or take some delicious sweets or fruit whenever you want. At the rooftop you can oversee Old Jaffa, drink some wine or a cocktail. There even was a special evening with French music and the taste of selfmade, delicious pizza. Recommended!

Probably when you are old and can't climb the stairs anymore, it can be a problem that there is no elevator.
