The person at the reception at my arrival was very kind and helpful and I appreciate it. The service at the restaurant was also excellent. The room was not luxurious but clean and neat.

I took the public transportation to get to the hotel and back to the airport, because the taxi would have been a bit too expensive for me. You have to take a train and a bus, and then walk a little bit to get to the hotel. It is not bad, but not very convenient.

Staff and Service was excellent. Location was great. Room was spacious, nice with both fridge and facilities for boiling water.

It would be better with cups and glasses than single use carton cups. Both pillows were really thick (too thick for our comfort), it would be nice to have an alternative pillow with less filling

The staff were so accomodating and approchable they they grant every request we ask and always with a good vibe and smile

10 minutes walking distance from the clock tower and the main attractions in Jaffa. Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety. Big and comfortable room with a lot of space.

The location and the room was wonderful. In the middle of everything.

Their cancellation policy was difficult to understand. It seemed to change for each stay.

Middle of night check in option, held our bags and then let us hang out in the lobby waiting for the rest of our group to arrive.

Rooms were small, but adequate for our needs and good value for the price.

Location very good. Room was spacious and clean. Nice view from balcony. Breakfast excellent and in an uncrowded dining room !

Great value/price. The hotel is very close to one of the most interesting parts of Tel Aviv, it's easy to walk from there to the old port of Jaffa. The room was relatively big and clean, good choice of food for breakfast.

The only con was noisy AC system.

The location is great, next to the market, Yafa area. Good breakfast and the variety of food, spacious room.

The staff is relatively slow and seems like they're not very interested or keen to help, or answer your questions. And they are providing different information. That's the only complain I would have for the property.
