This property had everything one would want in a boutique hotel. Charm, comfort, comfortable common spaces including a dining area with specialty coffee machine, tea, ice and hot and cold water. Plus an assortment of biscuits and fresh fruit. Lovely seating area and lovely staff. Guy, the owner, was helpful with everything from suggestions of where to eat to arranging for transportation. The outdoor area overlooking the sea and with a postcard picture view of Tel Aviv and the Yafo port were an unexpected comfortable and beautiful bonus. I hope to return again and again! Casa Nova is a gem!

Communication with the owner, Guy, was smooth and responsive from even before I arrived. He gave me easy instructions on getting in. The location is mesmerizing as the hotel is the in the heart of the old port of Jaffa, and as I walked down the alley, I could get the feel of the hotel through the feel of the old city. I liked the hotel from the main entrance door. and also the main entrance door. I liked the easy access keyless system that is safe and responsive. The staff is wonderful and kind and ready to provide with what I needed. The view, well, that is something that words won't do justice. One must experience Jaffa's sunsets from the main porch of the hotel that overlooks the Mediterranean, where to the right is a skyline of Tel Aviv and to the left, the old Jaffa port. Breathtaking. Guy is a super nice and he was kind enough to share with me the ancient history of the building. Overall, I enjoyed every minute.

The hotel is a real gem! Hidden behind ancient walls of beautiful Jaffo. The view is magnificent and the hotel feels like home. The bathroom size was almost as big as the rooms itself with huge bathtub in the middle. The bed was super comfortable. Complementary drinks and fruits are available 24/7. The terrace over the see is a magical place, particularly at the sunset. The. hotel staff is wonderful, very helpful in every way. The stay was a real highlight of my trip.

Everything was fabulous

!. The view, sitting on the deck of the hotel, is spectacular. The picture of that is what sold me on the hotel, and it was just as I hoped. Each morning I'd have my coffee looking at the ocean and the Jaffa port to the left (south) and the city of Tel Aviv (north) on the right. 2. The location is perfect. Right in Jaffa and very easy to walk to most places in Tel Aviv (along the water). 3. Everything about the facilities was excellent. Clean, quiet, well-managed. Guy got in touch with me beforehand and stayed in touch. There is no "24 hour desk" but he said to call him anytime, 24/7 for anything. Some rooms have balconies and some do not. One (upstairs) has a balcony WITH a view. (I didn't stay there. My balcony was on the ground floor and pleasant but no view.) You might want to ask for the room with balcony upstairs. Overall, I was very happy with my choice and would strongly recommend this as a place to stay.

Some others have commented on the lack of breakfast. I chose between this hotel and another I stayed in before that had amazing breakfasts, and for me the view of the sea was worth not having breakfast. There is coffee, milk, and snacks available anytime. I would have loved breakfast (and it's also a chance to meet people), but I can see how that would be very hard for a small hotel like this to offer breakfast. The one suggestion I would make is to offer a greater variety of snacks. There could be fresh orange juice in the refrigerator and fresh bread delivered each morning and maybe some more interesting pastry-type snacks. That's the only suggestion I can make for improvement.

What a fantastic stay!!! Casa Nova is truly a delight and exceeded my wife's expectations (a lovely surprise for her!). Guy, the owner and manager, could not be more helpful and genuine and really went out of his way on a couple of occasions for our benefit. If you want a wonderfully intimate stay in a charming part of Tel Aviv, away from the commercial and corporate hotels, you couldn't find a better spot!

Just be prepared that Jaffa, in general, has a less cell/internet reception but we got along fine.

Location (ancient port city on the Mediterranean), historical significance, very friendly, accommodating staff, walking distance to interesting sights, markets, food.

Parking was a major hassle.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The furnishings are first rate, even the scent is stunning. Our room was super comfortable and had a very nice feel. Every thoughtful touch has been included.

Race boats with loud music and crying passengers disturbing the tranquility of the place until 11pm. A shame. Not the fault of the hotel, but one should know...

Very friendly staff, large suit, executive lounge with coffee macine, fruits, chocolate and cookies, large hotel terasse with sea and city view and great location.

The property is just as shown on the photos even more beautiful in person we enjoyed every second we spent there!!! A lot to do and see around the area as well!!!
