We stayed almost a month and were 1st time international travelers. The breakfast was insane…11/10. Everything fresh and well prepared. The staff was responsive to our every need to the point where we felt like VIP’s. The rooms were clean. The Wi-Fi was fast. Definitely take advantage of the laundry service. Ready in 3-4 hours, perfectly sorted and clean. Absolutely zero complaints.’

We came to Be'er Sheva with low expectations, for the city as well as for the hotel. She ain't pretty from the outside 😉. Our expectations were then exceeded by far. Firstly we were greeted very warmly by the friendly and attentive staff, even with a few welcome gifts, then we got an upgrade on our room and more presents there... The room was on the 10th floor and was really spacious with a comfortable bed and a sofa - I would especially like to point out the ever present guest relationship manager Lenoy who is always on top of things to make sure her guests are comfortable. She even gave us a great deal on the shabat dinner which we enjoyed a lot. And everybody made sure we did not feel out of place as the only Non-Israeli in the room. It was a lovely experience and we will surely be back. The city of Be'er Sheva surprised us too, it's a hidden gem in the desert of Israel with lots of great architecture and museums to explore as well as friendly people.

Expect for an occasionally weird smell by the pool we liked everything.

The property was well kept, clean, and higher scale compared to surrounding properties. The pool is gorgeous and was open during my stay, which was a big one for me. Attentive and incredibly friendly staff. They also upgraded my room to a business suite which was very kind of them. Not only that, but they had a bottle of wine, fruit tray, and multiple other gifts waiting for me upon check in!

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Bus station. I made a last minute booking as I was very tired after travelling from Tel Aviv and wanted to rest before continuing on my journey early the next morning. I didn't mention in the booking that I was in Israel celebrating my birthday, so it was such a pleasant surprise to receive welcome gifts and an unexpected room upgrade. I had to leave by 5:30am the next morning, and a take-away breakfast box was prepared. I felt so special.

There was an iron burn on the carpet that was rough on my bare feet.

I did go to breakfast and a guy at the service tried to check me and say are you staying at this hotel when he didn't do that to the people in front of me who where of a different race and it was visible that I had a hotel key card in my hand

My granddaughter stayed in this room...her first time alone. She showed me the room via video. She was just elated. One thing that struck me was the fabulous view she had and how she commented how wonderful and delicious the food was. I don't think I could have been happier.

The manager and the front desk staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was in really good condition, spacious, and the view of the Negev and Beersheva was perfect.

The shower drain was a little slow, but the front desk was very responsive.

The breakfast was amazing. Rich of cheese, salads, yogurts, fruits and eggs.

The dinner was not valued for the money. The food was poor: chicken legs; dry fish etc. In contrast with the winsome and attractive breakfast.

Great service. The room was clean and came with wine, popcorn and 2 water bottles. Really great breakfast. Had a really nice time. 2nd year in a row and hoping to visit there again in the future.

That was a business trip, everything was fine. Would like to mention Ms. Linoy, the customer service manager for her outstanding service, she has contacted me before my stay there, asking if anything required, also took a lot of care upon arriving and during my stay there. Will be glad to come again.

The breakfast needs improvement, below previous visits standard, maybe because the incoming passover.
