Very nice hotel opposite the airport (but with a highway in between, so do not attempt to walk). The hotel offers a free shuttle bus every half hour, which is very convenient. Excellent breakfast buffet with very wide choice (but just a bit surprising that it does not offer yoghurt),

I was disappointed by the slow staff. At check-in, staff members are talking to each other while handling the check-in of customers instead of focusing to the customer they are helping. As a result, check-in takes pretty long. After having had dinner in the restaurant, paying the bill equally takes a long time, which even creates a queue of customers waiting to pay...

Food was great. I really enjoyed the oat porridge. In the U.S. we serve oatmeal as a healthy alternative as well so if the porrige was next to additivies such as brown sugar or other toppings along with bowls. I think this would encouragfe those that are looking for a healthy alternative to select this more often.

We always stay at this location for both business and travel with family. My only complaint is that the TV need to be updated. The TV in my room was outdated and the white pixels were showing through. A newer TV that could accomodate loggin in with Netflix account or Disney account would be nice.

The breakfast is OK, but it could be better. The room and bathroom are really clean. The bed is super comfortable and everything smells really nice. The Mercato is complete. And the van that takes us to the airport is pretty good.

Well the breakfast can be better. Some of the people who work at the restaurant don't greet us, and I believe they could be a bit more trained.

I liked the location and modernity, including facility with checking in and out. Must mention food is not overpriced. Staff super friendly from beginning to end. Must mention the Van driver, ultra helpful and punctual. He would not let anyone carry a suitcase and very caring with everyone.

Two things could improve, the towels are on the too old side. Also breakfast far from being approved. Cheap bread. Even for the basic was not good enough. Its great the early start but the choices are far from ok.

superior room was spacious and clean. decent fitness room. breakfast was ok. the restaurant has interesting options - meal was yummy.

wifi is absolutely horrible. impossible to keep a consistent stable connection with more than 5MB/s.

The hotel is relatively new, clean, spacious and bed was big and comfortable. It’s a great option if you have an early flight or arrive late and need a place to stay for the night (that was my case)

I thought the price per night is a bit too expensive for what it delivers

It was very clean and the food was good. The customer service people that work there are very polite. I have stayed at this hotel many times. I was sick with food poisoning and in deep pain and they helped me get to the hospital.

Honestly I have no complaints

Our family was able to get connecting rooms and the rooms (while small) were clean and comfortable. The hotel offers a free shuttle which started at 04:00, leaves every 30 minutes and only takes a few minutes to get to the airport. Bonus - there was actually someone at reception who spoke English!

There are no restaurants within walking distance, so you pretty much have to use the hotel restaurant for dinner (or take the free shuttle to the airport & back). The room was clearly the breakfast buffet area and had certainly no atmosphere (felt like a large, cold room). They definitely kept everything at a minimum - QR code for the menu, very limited menu selection, few staff members. Even with the simple food, it took over an hour for us to be served.

Really comfortable, clean and convenient hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. It is literally 5 mins from the airport and a shuttle can be organized in advance to get there. Rooms very big, clean and luxurious. Loved my stay here

The he little shop downstairs although very good is quite expensive.

Bed was comfortable . Nice shower . Good breakfast

Bathroom shower door was broken. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it to be . AC didn’t cool to its full potential. We were a bit hot .
