Requesting you to keep a good Duty Manager front office staff at the reception. We had a bitter experience with your Duty manager Ankita . I did call Sagar your HR manager and informed him .kindly take the details from.him . One strong request Your Dm shouldn't have bullied her junior staff infront of us .whatever the issues were could have been settled very politely. Ankita was in general very rude to us while checking in and same on check out Hope we don't get to experience this in our future stay since we are frequent visitors in Belgaum and we have been staying at UK 27 Regards

The Location is excellent, Premium rooms are very spacious and well designed. Good shower and toiletries. Valet and Security staff are very polite and prompt.

Reception staff are very poor in service and extremely slow. Welcome drink was served 40 mins after our arrival that too after enquiring whether this 5 star property serves welcome drink. Also we had booked 3 premium rooms and we were assured at least one room by 11.30 am by Priyanka the receptionist, but SAD that it was given to us at 12.45pm that too after making noise about their committment as we had 84 year old lady, 7 months baby and 5 year child ( after travelling by car for 3 1/2 hour from Goa). Even my family had to make noise for Rawa Dosa which was ordered for breakfast, which was given after 30 mins. Swimming pool on terrace was not cleaned

We liked most things. Bar and Dining were excellent.The staff were friendly ,the room was large and comfortable.I

TThe Hotel has a nightclub on the 9th floor- our room was on the 7th floor.On Saturday night the loud bang, bang bang from it was unbearable. It went on till 12 .45 am. I complained three times to no avail. I paid to sleep not to get a headache. The rooms are nice but the furniture is shabby and worn. Also the bath room is not separate from the bedroom..We didn't like a toilet effectively in our bedroom.

Centrally located. Spacious rooms, valet parking available. Wide variety available for breakfast. Many restaurants/cafes/ shopping within walking distance. Shall definitely visit again.

Ask for rooms facing the main road. Hindu crematorium is visible (Room 601) - though we were lucky not to see any cremation. Over the weekend expect vibration and music in the room till 1am from the rooftop disco.

Everything was as expected , was the first time I stayed at this hotel …staff was very good Took the buffet option for dinner it was also very nice the staff in the restaurant were very good . Perfect to stay over for a leisure trip

I was told before hand the Swimming Pool is temperature controlled …. But when I reached the hotel it was told to me that it is not …. Water was very cold for a dip …. But still I gave it a go ….

Overall Good stay, big rooms, in room facilities. Used to stay at Marriot every time but decided to try this and turned out to be good. The best advantage is it is a good area adjacent to a mall. Fantastic breakfast in the morning good options available just be there early, hot and fresh items available. Has limited breakfast seating possibly due to outdoor area being shut due to rains, so get there early by 7:30.

Night club on the rooftop music which got filtered into corridor area but minimal in the rooms.

Location, Cleanliness , ambience, breakfast all were good. Staff was very caring

Missing Bathroom sleepers + Wifi was very slow I had hard time getting my work done. very few HD channels available, operating TV was bit challenging
