I stayed there for two nights in December 2024. I had a pleasant experience. It's right in the heart of the city, and everything seems so nearby. I had one of my dinners in the hotel's restaurant located on the ground floor and chose the option of an Assamese Thali. The Thali served was of great taste and satisfying. Overall, it's a good place to stay. However, there is room for improvement with the provided Wi-Fi as it does not work well most of the time.

The staff were all friendly, and most of all, the room was neat, clean, and stylish, so I had a pleasant stay. It's located in the city center, so it's convenient to get around and the scenery is nice.

As I am a foreigner, I don't know if I can complain about this without knowing the local situation in India, but I could occasionally hear rats moving around in the air conditioner. Your hotel cannot do anything if it is an unavoidable aspect due to local circumstances, but if it is an area that can be improved, I believe it will help the hotel develop. Apart from this, I enjoyed my stay.

The property was located at a walking distance from Guwahati Railway station. The room was spacious, large and clean. The support staff, like the butler, waiters at the restaurant, the doorkeeper - they all were very courteous and helpful. The management didn’t make a fuss over our request to check out an hour later than the standard time. The restaurant served tasty food.

I had ordered and paid for an extra bed in the large room that I had booked. However, they provided just an extra mattress and placed it on the floor without a cot, explaining that it was the routine way to go. I didn’t find this explanation convincing, as I had paid for an extra bed provision, and not merely for an extra mattress. No big deal really but a put off nevertheless! The guy at the reception should be given a better soft skill training at communicating with guests. Making out station taxi reservations with the help of the hotel shall be ridiculously expensive and not recommended. Better do it yourself by walking over to the railway station where you’ll get the right price.

Enjoyed the stay at the hotel. the staff was very helpful, courteous and welcoming. The hotel staff were warm and explained the food very well especially those foods that were new to me. The meals were awesome.

I feel they should have forex at the hotel and be able to accept dollars. The hotel is big enough and attracts international clientelle who may not be having the local currency.

We wanted a traditional Assamese Thali lunch and both the Front office and Restaurant confirmed the same. However what we got was not Assamese thali but a North Indian thali….which was a big disappointment

Very delighted with the hospitality of the staff and the helpfulness. On the whole a very good hotel, with decent facilities and clean, well designed, convenient rooms, very much enjoyed the stay and didn't want to get back. The best part was that it is fully vegetarian, hence no worrying about what's on the plate! Including some yummy freshly baked eggless pastries, muffins, cookies and biscuits! The traditional Assamese thali is to be remembered. The hotel staff are extremely thoughtful packed my breakfast and dinner while I was on work!

Windows are quite old and need soundproofing, since weddings and other events are always going on at the hotel but other guests need to catch up on sleep after a tired day. The railway station nearby doenst help. As in hotels worldwide, there should be designated non-smoking block of rooms so that neighbour's smoke does not affect a non-smoker. Bathroom fittings and elecrtical accessories need periodic checking and maintenance. Add more South Indian items in the menu. Curd and buttermilk should be less sour. Lemon coriander soup should be more watery. A few more pickle options should be available. The chefs are very good but should be given more exposure and training opportunities.

Food was exceptional, Staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very good. The location is very convenient. Infact the staff went out of their way to accommodate us when we landed at 0830 hrs even though check-in timing is 1200 hrs.

Swimming pool has not been made operational since Covid. It will further add to the attraction of the hotel. Provision of hot water during early morning may be looked into.

Nice staff. Good rooms. Clean and nice vegetarian restaurant. Area around was busy but location was easy for taxi (Uber) to find.

Vegan only restaurant. Not necessarily a bad thing!

Good comfortable stay in the heart of the city. Great location if you want to stay close to the hustle bustle. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Huge rooms.

Interiors are a bit dated. Only veg food available. A bit pricey considering the facilities.

Food taste is very good, reception staff is excellent ,the only thing I like most is that this hotel is fully vegetarian.

mosquitoes are there in my room, house keeping staff is not enough good, complained about television channels not coming, but nobody from housekeeping is responding properly 2-3 times I have to make complaint on reception then only problem was resolved
