The Guwahati Address is located in central city, close to buses and restaurants. The room was comfortable, the wifi and air condition worked well, and the staff is friendly and delightful in every respect. The room is spacious and the bathroom contains a large shower area. I especially enjoyed the different choices for breakfast and the kindness of the dining room staff. I also ate dinner in the restaurant and both the food and staff were fantastic.

The hotel did not reply to my email sent through booking.com regarding my arrival time, nor did they reply to my whatsapp, so communication is a bit frustrating.

Controls for AC not explained to us on arrival. Did not realise that one had to take the controls off the wall and then point it a distance from the AC unit to turn off or change the settings

Location wise- the place was perfect. Not too crowded, accessible from places and on the main road (zoo road). Inside the room, floor was wooden. Almost all the accessories were of wood and luxurious. Breakfast was yummy! Staffs were courteous and very smooth check in, check-out.

The Breakfast on all Four Days was Very Good. Good choice / options for VEG breakfast. The Staff was Very Cooperative and Willing to Help Us.

For Dinner The Menu did Not Have Much Variety in VEG Menu. Some more Vegetables could be added in the MAIN Menu

After a hectic holiday in Shillong, we were looking for a quite and comfortable place to unwind and the hotel provided us with just perfect environment. With the warm decor, highlighting the NE India’s heritage, the hotel provides a very calm and comforting stay amidst the hustle bustle of the city. Loved the restaurant but icing on the cake is their coffee shop which provides an amazing variety of tea experiences. Would definitely love to stay here again.

The road outside the hotel is undergoing renovation leading to traffic congestion. Also a waste water drain which flows right outside the property gives out an unbearable stench, though it doesn’t make its way into the hotel.

Rooms and the property were tastefully done. Excellent staff very courteous.

Room were very nice, but had a smell of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Also the restaurant was expensive

Good quality hotel, clean, valve for money, good food at restaurant.

Rooms were not ready even at 3. One room allocated was not cleaned despite other rooms been cleaned ( there were no guests waiting) Communication at reception is poor Wi-Fi bad Morning checkout ( very early) no one at reception. Then it took 40 mins to find restaurant bills to complete the process. Looks like reception staff are not trained

The aesthetics, tidiness, courteous staff and breakfast spread was delicious and very good variety.

Pillows were too flat. One high and flat pillow would be nice.

Wonderful hotel and restaurant ambience, quality of food served at restaurant or in room dining is very good and one of the highlights, it’s a pity our stay at Guwahati wasn’t for a long time but we would definitely stay here if we come back to Guwahati in future..

Pricing on rooms could be more competitive and offer more deals / discounts.

Liked the esthetically done up decor of the entire hotel and tasty food.

Food is extremely overpriced and surrounding location was stinking due to open canal. Breakfast spread was a little dissapointing.
