The staff was very kind. The food in the restaurant was very good and tasty. The restaurant, the space for the breakfast and our room: all of them are very spacious, and I appreciated this a lot with my wheelchair. The parking place for me as non-valid was well reserved and the distance between the parking place and our room n°30 was 10m, facts that I appreciated a lot. The room and especially the bathroom are very well-equipped for non-valid people. All the vegetation everywhere is very well maintained. Special thousands of thanks to Guido. I am non-valid, paraplegic, and he helped me a lot to install me in the room, to take me to the restaurants (my electric wheelchair didn't work these days), to take off and to take-in back in the car all my big baggages.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding staff and the thoughtful, attentive care they provided for our pet, making our stay truly stress-free and comfortable. The location is near a main highway junction, making it suitable for an overnight stay.

While the overall experience was positive, there are a few facilities that could benefit from some updates. We encountered an issue with one of our rooms, but the staff addressed it promptly and handled the situation with great professionalism and fairness.

The location was perfect as we were travelling to Pompei the next day. We could also start our return journey to the UK from this location, once our day trips had ceased. The staff went above and beyond to provide gluten free meals for my husband, including breakfast and evening meals. My husband and I chose the gluten free spaghetti carbonara which was delicious. No one would know it was gluten free.

Beautifully appointed hotel, with marble bathrooms and entrance halls that I'd be pleased to have in my own home. Very, very spacious rooms, with tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely garden and beautiful pool. Furthermore, the best breakfast I've ever seen in an Italian hotel with delicious home made cakes, and savoury options to boot. Dog friendly. Good WiFi. Charging posts for E-cars.

The water pressure in my (top-floor) room was rather low so I couldn't take advantage of the side jets in the shower.

Conveniently located off the motorway. Loved the garden / pool area. Rooms clean and relatively well maintained. Very nice and accommodating staff.

The turnout onto Via Variante Tiberina is treacherous, with no visibility of fast oncoming traffic coming from the left on this road due to overgrown trees/bushes. Almost got into a wreck there. Trim those trees back!

Everything. I love this hotel and have stayed many times before (and will again). The breakfast is superb and the people who serve it are kind and efficient, the hotel grounds are beautiful, there are 4 places to charge e-cars (rapidly), the rooms are huge and very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities. There is nothing not to like, and the price is excellent.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff's service was exceptional—they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel truly welcome. The location is perfect for travelers with a car, with easy access to major roads and plenty of secure parking available. I was also pleased to find EV charging stations available, which made it incredibly convenient for my hybrid vehicle. Highly recommend!

The Hotel is very close to the A1 motorway and therefore also ideal for a stop. The staff was very kind. They waited until late for us so that we could enjoy an excellent dinner at the restaurant. They were also very friendly to our little boxer Asia who was very welcomed and also enjoyed the stay :-) The pool looks nice but we did not have time for a little swimming. We will surely stop here again at the next drive through Italy.
