Hotel riom was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, hotel sent someone to pick me up in train station when I did not know how to take bus and there were no taxi available in town, also the town has green and beautiful scenic views

They charged for breakfast in advance but seemed only served 7 to 8 am and could not get up on time for breakfast, should extend their hours, & owner seems to get angry to customers a lot, if you plan to go Rome daily, this is not the place, you have to change 3 times to get to Rome and 3 times to come back, total 6 different times, wasting lot of energy and time, and additional 10 euro daily for transportation cost

I went to Monterotondo for a wedding, and the customer service is INCREDIBLE! Such nice and caring people that helped me a lot. Thank you Elenia and everyone, you're a 10/10. You really make people feel like home, and make the place something really special.

That I couldn't stay longer. However, I'm planning to coming back. ;)

Very kindly staff, good comunication before arriving, adequate breakfast, the rooms were very clean, good transit accommodation for a trip to Rome

There was nothing to complain

The room was comfortable, quiet and spacious. The night staff was very helpful and friendly

The breakfast was a bit limited especially on the second day of our stay but overall it was ok

Breakfast room was very airy and clean. Rooms were excellent and even the location - very central to the village

parking space not available, but not a big deal - only one time we parked 15 min away.

Breakfast was very vary, different choices, staff were exceptional and the location was perfect, only 2 minutes walking from city centre

Monterrotondo doesn´t have taxi drivers and to get into Rome was a bit complicated as taxi drivers need to come from Rome to pick us up.

Very far from city center (Rome) but it was a very nice small town to be in

The lady on reception was very helpful. I needed a mobile charger and she provided straight away and guided well as well

The location : Little hard to reach to the city centre by public transport and the rooms are quite small and old.
