This is a true gem of a hotel. Pictures don’t do it justice. Beautifully designed, well maintained, with a unique atmosphere and great hospitality. We especially want to thank our breakfast waiter, Francesco, who made sure we started every day well taken care of, was beyond helpful with information and spoke perfect English. Breakfasts are ample and the restaurant in the evenings serves creative food in a lovely ambience. Rooms are cleaned daily. All around, can’t recommend enough! Great value for money.

Everything was perfect.

I think the brightest star was the personnel. Starting with Demetrio who greeted us in the hotel with the 5-star-hotel professionalism. Then with Kasia and Sara, our breakfast ladies making the best morning coffee ever, and Francesco who could intricately describe every dish in the restaurant menu and match wine to the dishes. And all the others we've met, but didn't get the name of. Everyone was super nice and professional at the same time.

Actually nothing comes to mind that the hotel has any power over. One can say that the neighbour could oil up their gate so that it doesn't squeak for help every time someone opens it, but when it comes to the hotel itself it was almost perfect.

Perfect location, the hotel is very close to the train station which provides an easy access to the city center. Free parking for the hotel's guests. Our room was cosy, well equipped and very clean. The breakfast was nice. Comparring this hotel to other hotels of the same category in Italy we can say this was above average, so I highly recommend it. Good value for money.

Beautiful hotel! Everything from the staff, the room and the food was incredible. Thank you to the amazing staff for making me feel so welcome. The rooms are very big and spacious, lovely clean bathroom. My room had a lovely terrace facing the courtyard as well. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood with easy transport links to the city and the airports. You must try the restaurant! The food is incredible and the service is 5 star. I really think this hotel deserves more stars and I will be recommending it to anyone staying near Rome. I hope to be back soon.

Nice hotel in a quiet area. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is very tasty and fresh. Not too many tables in the breakfast area, so it never gets very crowded (which is nice).

Within walking distance from the train, but it still takes you quite a bit of time to get to the center of Rome (45min-1hr). All day long there was loud music in the hotel lobby/restaurant area, from which I could still hear the base in my room. This would only stop around 10-11pm, so at night is was quiet, but the music would start quite early in the morning again.

Location with easy train access to Rome centre and close to autostrada. Clean, today and friendly staff who worked hard to please. Although rooms not overly large, very comfortable seating /relaxing area on first and ground floor with library.

The staff were quite friendly and helpful which is I think the best quality in a hotel/resort. Nice space with good access to Rome center even with a train.

I wasn't looking for perfect but based on the description I expected good, but everything was almost good(definitely not a 9). I had to ask for literally everything, from soap in the bathroom to keys that didn't work. They did their best to solve any problem, super nice staff, most important thing, but I mean...I didn't expect running around asking people for things that they didn't do. Especially day 1, I wasted half a day on this. Plus they charged me 15 euros per day for a couple of fresh fried eggs without any notice that it comes at extra cost even though I got the room with the breakfast option!

The property is lovely, beautiful interior throughout the hotel with lovely updated bedrooms with a nice outside patio to sit . The staff were very professional and friendly and the breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. The location was perfect with a 5 minute walk to the train station which gives you quick and easy transport into Rome.

There was nothing not to like about this hotel

The hotel has a restaurant with sitting outside in small garden, serving delicious food ,quiet environment,nice staff. Is very accessible,there is train station just 5 min away, the train connects with city centre,also Fiumicino airport. The room is perfect for the rest after long day walking in the city centre.

We LOVED the staff and the hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The food at the restaurant is some of the best we had in Rome. All the staff from the front desk to the cleaning woman to the kitchen staff were so sweet, very accommodating to us and really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel is out of the way a bit but the train station is within a 10 minute walk which was super convenient. The garden in the back is sweet and quaint. Their grounds are kept super well and it's quite inviting and relaxing. When we come back, we will absolutely stay here again!

Again, it's about 20-30 minutes outside city center but the train station is very close so it wasn't bad at all. The ~only~ thing (literally the only complaint) was that the bed was too firm for us. BUT, that is totally our preference. Everything else was phenomenal! Thanks to everyone who made our time in Roma exceptional! 😉🇮🇹
