Room looked clean and in good condition. I booked this apartement in a rush and didnt see that it was a little bit far outside of Rome, so more my mistake. I got the tip from staff that taking the bus or walk to Prima Porta trainstation gives you a quick connection to Rome city. Google maps only showed very long bus trips with many changes. In the end we walked to the station about 20min. You can also take the bus. With this solution instead of 1 night we ended up staying 3.

The rooms are very clean and the surrounding not so far away from Rome is green and quiet at night. There is day and night someone at the reception and they are super helpful. You can easily travel to Rome with the train from here. We parked our car at the Montebello station, but Giustiniana is also an option. Train tickets are only 0,80€ to Flaminio station. And for 1,5€ including metro and bus you can travel anywhere in Rome.

Security - parking free at the door - perfect staff - room new and clean - Pool - small breakfast with good coffee - restaurant inside (need to book) - near to several services - the best is : Garibaldi dal 1970 restaurant, which is the best in ROME (need to book).

The property was excellent. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Overall, I really liked the place l, it’s located in a quiet area.

The rooms are somewhat noisy, as I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms while inside mine.

It is quite close to the Rome temple which we often attend. The property is new & very clean.

GPS took us past the office. It’s on the right side. Don’t go off down a nature looking road like we did 🫤

the people from the reception were really nice and friendly. the room looks really clean and new. the bed was perfect.
