The property was great. It had all the amenities and it was well run. The place was clean, and the staff was very friendly!

The only comment that I will make is the location. It is 10 to 15 minutes away from all of the sites in Rome. It is convenient to metro stations, which is a plus but without a car it’s very difficult to access any sites. The amenities, the staff, the cleanliness all makeup for its location and it’s well worth a stay.

We had a great stay overall! The hotel is in a great location, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety to start the day. A big thank you to Michael, who was incredibly kind and helpful—he really went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

On our second night, the air conditioning stopped working. We called the front desk around 12:30 a.m., and unfortunately, the person who answered was quite rude—he told us to just open a window and hung up on us. That was disappointing, but aside from that, we really loved the hotel.

A hotel's best advertisement is its staff. We would like to express our special thanks to the young gentleman working at the information desk named Michele!!! Michele helped us from the first moment with all sorts of things, taxi, restaurant selection, city trip planning, etc., etc. This help made our stay very easy. Thanks Michele, Sei il migliore! Maybe bacon or some other warm meat product was missing from the breakfast. Otherwise met expectations. Among the employees who organized the breakfast, I would like to praise a woman named Marta!

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional whilst being helpful. Michael on reception, a very special thank you as he made our visit superb by suggesting places to visit and transport links to ensure we had a great experience. Maximising on our short time in Rome. Award worthy indeed, thank you Michael. A big thank you to the breakfast/bar staff and especially Marta, who again made our experience all the more special.

The shower cubicle in the room is a safety hazard. The step-down is too great without hand holds to be in general use. This should be rectified as a matter of urgency.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious (the blood orange juice and honeycomb!!!), and the staff was great. Michael helped us figure out how to use public transportation to get to our scheduled activities, and his directions were fantastic.

We did have some issues with the AC-- but the staff really did try to fix the issue. By the second night things were significantly improved. The bathroom (especially the shower) could use some updating.

It’s a very nice and well maintained place, with extremely clean rooms as well. It is convenient to access the highway and by car you can reach the center of the city in 20min. The overall service and the hotel personal is super friendly and professional. Our biggest gratitude goes to Michael from reception as he made our stay fabulous, always with smile and genuine care, helping us even with every question we had, even finding a locations and restaurants to eat in the city. And as a cherry on a cake, as we had an early morning flight back, the hotel staff prepared us 4 take-away breakfast packages. The hotel might be 4 star but the service was 6 star, and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Rome!

The breakfast was satisfying and plenty of choice. The location was further out of the center of Rome than we anticipated. The staff were attentive and friendly. We would especially like to mention Michael on reception who greeted us so warmly after our long 36 hour tiring travel trip. We had spoken to him on the phone before we left and he remembered us. It was like meeting an old friend.

We were two friends travelling, we were there for 3 nights and we only were allowed one key. This was slightly inconvenient, as it did not allow us to visit places on our own.

The property was very nice clean staff were very welcoming & nothing was to much bother for them always there to help whatever the time of day or night lovely swimming pool & restaurant on site

Only complaint I would have is not much to do local to the property bars & restaurants but you can get to these in a short taxi ride & the guys on front desk always get you a taxi would definitely recommend to get hire car it’s about £40 euros in taxi to center of Rome which I thought was very reasonable we was there for the Ryder cup at Marco simione golf course & this was a perfect location for us to & from the golf course 10 minutes in car

The hot tub wasn't what we expected but it was actually really good. The room was a good space and the staff were super friendly and helpful especially the two working reception the first couple of days.

The breakfast was a bit too bare. It was mainly sweet stuff. The hot tub shower didn't have a curtain or anything so the floor was soaked. It's super far but we knew this when booking. We also werent aware you needed a cap for the pool so had to buy them.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean.

it’s a bit of a hassle getting to the city centre but bus stops are very close to the hotel so it makes it manageable.
