There was a pool, but no sunbeds or chairs to relax by the pool. My intention was to have six relaxing days at the property, and I had no car. Since the restaurant was closed on Monday and only open for dinner from 19.30 Tuesday and Wednesday, I decided to go back to the city centre of Rome. So 6 nights ended up being only 3. Missing some walking trails by the property, and maybe bike rental could be a suggestion for improvement for those who want to stay for several days. It looks like a perfect place to relax outside the city but it is not designed/prepared for that.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay: the hotel itself, its impeccable cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, and the enchanting setting. The location is perfect — we were able to easily reach the nearest metro station by car (10 minutes) to get around Rome by public transport and return to peace and quiet in the evening. Restaurant is fabulous. A special mention to the person at the reception who gave us lots of great advice (transport, restaurants, etc.).

A very minor drawback: one of the windows in our room couldn’t be opened, so we weren’t able to close the shutter. But it’s really just a small detail — the light didn’t bother us, and the air conditioning in the room more than made up for the sun’s heat.

The location was great out of the city to avoid the congestion and tourist hot spots. The restaurant onsite was fabulous. Highly recommend. The breakfast buffet was also good in the morning. Friendly helpful staff. Elevator on site to get luggage upstairs. Close to the mall.

AC is the room barely worked and was blocked by the long heavy curtains at the window. You had to choose between privacy and a dark room at night over AC. The AC unit was also very loud and made a loud humming noise constantly. The TV in the room did not work.

BOMA was the best hotel we stayed in during our Italy trip. We were greeted by the most kind and gorgeous woman, Eleonora, who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed (an extra bed in our room, dinner reservations, the address for a laundromat, even ice for my husband’s sore knee). She was just a breath of fresh air. There is an amazing restaurant at the hotel that I cannot recommend enough. It is packed full of locals at night so you feel like you’ve stumbled across a hidden gem. Liliana looked after us both times we dined and she was brilliant. I haven’t seen anyone work so hard in the service industry for a long time. She had a special dish made for our very hungry and tired children, nothing was too much for her including bringing you a glass of Prosecco to enjoy in the garden or organising water for the kids while they swam in the pool.

Don’t let the location put you off. Very quick drive to the metro and leaving the bustle of Rome behind everyday made our trip so much more relaxing than our previous stays in the city centre. We loved the location and will come again.

Just outside of Rome enough to escape the congestion and traffic but close enough we could be at termini in about 20 minutes. Gourmet dining was only minutes from our room at the restaurant, it was one of our favorite meals of the entire trip. Try the crepes....

Nothing to dislike, they easily worked with our strange schedule of arrival and Eleanora communicated with us flawlessly.

Great location! In the countryside but close to the GRA. Easy to get into Rome proper or access other areas surrounding Rome. As long as you have a car. 😁

All was pretty good. The screens didn’t keep the mosquitos out, but we survived.

This is our second visit and it still as great as it was 7 years ago. You get the rural atmosphere, a fine restaurant, and a swimming pool. You can visit Rome centre, but we highly recommend Tivoli with all its surrounding Villas from Roman time.

This is an excellent place to stay. Tricky to find, it really is out in the country! But what a wonderful place. The breakfast couldn't have been better. We loved it! The restaurant was very good. Most of the people eating there looked to be locals celebrating one thing or another, the place is very special. Makes sense people would want to celebrate and gather there. Our room was very clean and attractive. What a gem this place is.

We got very lost getting there. But we are terrible with navigation, so it's probably us. If you are going to stay here, it is outside the little town, we think it is just north of the little town on a country road, the signs aren't well marked, but if you use a real navigation system you should be fine. But seriously a beautiful place worth the driving around! Very much what one might think of as under the Tuscan sun. And the food was very good!

Staff are very kind and helpful, location is quiet and very nice, a lot of old things are placed like decorations and you feel that old times

One of my favorite stays while in Italy. Beautiful area and the most delightful staff. Not to mention the bonus of having such an amazing restaurant on site that is full of life in the evenings.
