Great location, metro line B is a 5-minute walk away, with good connections to the city center. The neighborhood was fine, with plenty of amenities nearby, and it seems like a safe area. The staff was friendly and ready to help, and I especially want to highlight the staff in the restaurant.

The room has poor sound insulation, you can hear everything from the neighboring apartments. Cleanliness could be better, the beds are not very comfortable, and the pillows are quite hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast consists of sweet pies and croissants, with no eggs, sausages, hot dogs, fruit, or vegetables.

Very comfortable and clean One can easily stay for 3 to 4 days or perhaps even more with family. Easy to access by metro or bus connecting to the center.

There was an issue with the safety box. The hotel staff offered us to help with it but our stay was too short . The hotel does not have a luggage room but kept our luggage secure for a short visit to the city center post check out. Although we did not have a rental car, there seems to be an overall issue with parking spaces in Rome.

I booked this stay for my mother in law. The location was really convenient, 5 minutes from the Metro (B) line and next to it you can find a big supermarket open 24h which is also super convenient. The room was spacious enough and well designed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The people in reception were very nice and helpful. They also spoke English. Overall, I'll definitely book it again in the future.

It would be great if you could provide a small kettle in the room.

Very small rooms. I arrived at 2 pm and they gave me twice an undone / uncleaned room before checking that is was ready! Bed sheets are not lovely

Room had a big bathroom, and comfy bad. Breakfast was very good and they served nice pastry and good coffee.

The surroundings of the hotel wasnt picture perfect, but hotel is close to the metro station, and you can get to the Colloseum in 15min.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. Coffee was great and they allowed us to take away breakfast before the 7 am starting time.

Everything was good. You need to take a train to get to the city center of Rome but I enjoyed taking the train in Italy to see how the locals live. Their train system is very easy and convenient even though they had a strike while we were there. There strike did make sure the trains were working to get people to work and back again.

The location is very near to the Jonio Metro Station, which was great. It takes around 15 Minutes by metro to go to the City Center (Termini metro Station). The personnel at the hotel was very kind! The breakfast is quite good, they have italian breakfast (sweet cakes and croissants) but also more items that appeal to other people: cereal, milk, a coffee machine, youghurts and bread with cheese and ham. No fruits or vegetables though. The room was cleaned very well every day.

I think the hotels cleaning policy is not very environmental-friendly. The cleaners change the linens and towels every day and you can't stop it. Some people want everything changed every day (and that is ok), but some don't, like we did. We could use the same towels and bed linens for multiple days. This would save water and environment. The cleaners also change the small bar soaps and small shampoo bottles every day, even though we have only just opened them and used them once or twice. That is wasteful. They don't have signs in rooms to hang to the door and tell cleaners that you don't want to be disturbed. We had a person sick for one day and had asked the front desk to inform cleaners to not come to the room and clean it, but the cleaners came anyway.

We loved our time here! The room was pleasant and cleaned every day. The breakfast was small by American standards (no eggs, etc.) but had a variety of pastries to try. The location, being a bit out of the main city, allowed us to avoid tourist traps and practice our Italian. The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff - warm, friendly, fluent in many languages, and happy to help us learn Italian!

In general, all was good and we enjoyed the stay at the "La Pergola". The guys at the reception were very friendly and ready to help us. The WiFi connection was excellent. The location is good - not to far from Metro B, which is an advantage.

As for the breakfast - I would like to have some eggs (boiled or omelet), vegetables and fruit salad. The food was tasteful, however the choices could be better. What I would like to improve - definitely the lock on the doors will be better with electronic keys (cards). Also in our room the window didn't close tightly, so we heard many noise from the street.

I liked the breakfast very much and the receptionist Sérgio, who is very kind and lively. The location is good, and it is near to the final point of the metro line B, which goes to the coliseum in 30 minutes. They have a Carrefour beside the hotel, which is also very nice.

We have disappointments about the hostings in Rome, most of them were full, and the remaining was high prices. About the Pergola, the only negative point was about the staff who aren't cleaned the ground of the room anytime.
