Such a nice experience! Although we stayed only for a night, we had such a good time! We were surprised by the good taste in decor, the vintage elements gave the room a special touch. Easy communication with the owner overall and we also got the parking spot for our car. The area was pretty and safe, from what we saw! Amazing breakfast! We were sad we couldn’t eat, only took a bite, but we had the flight in the same day an the time pressured us! The Check Out was smooth and the lady we encountered at checkout was so nice!

Great place! Easy access everywhere by metro, good breakfast! Beds are really comfy and sturdy, nothing to complain! Especially in a place like Rome where You go around and walk like crazy it is important to have a good night sleep and easy access to everywhere. Only slightly negative thing was outdoor's noisy lock, one night we came back very late and I am afraid the lock may have woken someone up. On the daytime You won't notice it.

The kitchen was open only until 10:00, so no coffee available after that, which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was very spacious and clean. There was a washing machine. The woman that we talked to was very helpful. The air-conditioning worked well, even though it was extremely hot outside. We also appreciated the location which was away from all the crowds and very close to a metro station. We found very charming restaurants in the area.

Host Davide is kind. When we arrived late because of the traffic, he waited for us patiently. He kindly introduced the room and kitchen, and recommended some delicious restaurants to us. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. There are Wi-Fi, TV and enough charges. Breakfast was provided and we can help ourselves in the kitchen. The metro station is just 5 mins walk, so it is convenient.

The quilt is a little thin for the cold night. The soundproofing of the room is not very good, you can hear the sound from next door. Although there is metro station nearby, the hotel is a little bit far from the center.

The property has an option for late check in, which is truly a blessing. There was a room service every day, and on the 2nd day our towels were changed.The room and the bathroom were always clean. Breakfast is provided by the over in a self service kitchen. Delicious coffee I must say! Location is very convenient, a few steps away from the metro station, and what’s important the neighbourhood isn’t noisy at night.

Nothing to complain about.

Positive, the host doesn't speak English, but she helps, and shows around regardless. Breakfast is well prepared, lots of options are available. There is daily cleaning, and help you with any other request as well if you need it (luggage or ironing e.g). I liked that there was someone around in the mornings, it makes it less impersonal. Metro is close, there are lots of shops around, including a supermarket.

The noise from the street is very loud unfortunately.

The triple room we have booked was spotlessly clean and spacious, it was cleaned daily. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was modern and equipped with all things you'll ever need. There was various food for breakfast (enough to fill the energy for a long walk around Rome). The apartment is close to the bus stop (in front of the church) from where you can catch bus nr.80 to the city centre, but you can also take metro from Libia station (5 min walking).

Great selection of breakfast and coffee. Close to the Train/bus stations. Great communication, they even reached out to me when i got to the airport to check and make sure I would be able to get to the B&B and gave me instructions on how to get in the B&B.
