Very nice stay. The house and the room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The host was professional. Really appreciated that there was a parking. Excellent breakfast! The lady who served at breakfast was very friendly and nice. Thank you! Good location for seeing surroundings. Next to the center of Tivoli and overlooking the plains of Rome, but a quiet and peaceful stay.

The garden is beutiful and very well mainteined. The bathroom is large and with larger than usual shower. The view from the window of the room is very nice. More than showen at' booking'. At the garden at back side of the villa there are few very old and beutifull olive trees. There is a balcony to site and enjoy it( its a public area of the villa). The matress of the bed is of high quality and comfortable. Ther room has nice real wooden parquet floor and nice design of wall colours
The room itself is a little too small for my feeling. Its not a tragedy but missing few squer meetrs to feel more comfort ( again- the bathroom is nice and wider than usual). The bed is abit smaller than usual. I did not measure it exactly but it is 140 or 150 cm wide. If you like to sleep close it will not bother you but if you like a bit of space between you- you will feel some limitation. The min bar refrigirator is very small. Too small for my opinion.

The view from our room was amazing. Andrea was very helpful and courteous. The ideas and map he gave us of local attractions to visit really made our stay special. Our room was very comfortable. It was an easy enough walk down into the town. Uber is impossible to get, so be prepared for the walk back up the gentle hill to the B&B. The photo is from our bedroom window.
It was pouring raining on our full day there so an umbrella would have been helpful. But that is nothing to complain about.

The host Andrea welcomed us, providing us with invaluable information regarding Tivoli’s attractions and how best to access them. We chose to use a recommended taxi service (Signore Rienzi) for the Villa Adriano and the Sanctuary of Hercules the Victor, but we walked the 1 KM to the Villa d’Este. The guest house is immaculate and well-appointed and quiet; our room faced toward Rome. There’s a beautiful terrace with panoramic views overlooking olive orchards. The breakfast was continental with other items as well. Everything was fresh and delicious, and our morning hostess was a delightful conversationalist, too.
Everything was perfect.

The house is very nice and everything extremely clean. We stayed only one night after landing in Rome and being on our way to Umbria and Tuscany. Didnt want to enter the hectic big city for only one night. Didnt regret our choice since Tivoli is a lovely town. The value for money was good and the view was especially great.
It was a little bit hard to find, drove past the place at first and also the parking spot is a little bit tight (my brother in law actually scraped his car rental when entering). Other then that minor mishap everything was good.

We wanted a base for eight nights to spend time in Tivoli and tour locally. Antica Villa di Bruto was ideally situated. The owner, Andrea, was really welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is spacious, immaculate and comfortable. There is a very plentiful continental breakfast. It is a bit over 1km out of the town centre where there are numerous excellent restaurants. We always walked.

This B&B in Tivoli was the last stop of nine B&B visits we had on this September trip. It was beyond our expectations because we did not expect the dynamic location overlooking the Po Valley all the way to downtown Rome! The sunset from our room was spectacular! Andrea runs this five room place and it is just all neat, tidy, very clean, and very modern in the bathrooms especially - actually the only place we stayed in that had good lighting for make-up! ( Italy is famous for poor lighting in bathrooms). Breakfast was not fancy but perfectly fresh and adequate. We wish we had stayed more than one night. Kudos to Andrea and his staff. If you are visiting Villa d’Este, look no further,. Price value is extraordinary!
Nothing not to like!

Setting was so calming. The dining room and terrace looked out over the olive trees and the valley below. Walking distance to town and really good restaurants. Breakfast had some of the best croissants that I gave ever eaten. AC was strong enough to cool the room to a comfortable temperature even though it was in the high 90s during the day. Bruto provided good recommendations fir dining and site seeing.

so much was excellent, from the brilliant directions to the thoughtful things in the room (especially the fridge and air con) and the outstanding bathroom - thank you!
The parking was tricky, especially in a hire car! Great to have, but be prepared to do some complex manoeuvres!

We (two couples) had one small room with a beautiful view and one larger room without a view. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice breakfast in a pretty room with a view. Andreas made us feel welcome and was happy to make recommendations. It was a hike to the restaurants but we preferred to leave our car parked at the property as parking in Tivoli is difficult. The beautifully restored 1800's house and the panoramic view made us happy with our choice of accommodation.
