The staff is helpful and friendly. The building is charming and well kept. It is unique and authentic, it really reflects Italian culture and tradition. This is not an "anonymous" hotel. There is a lot of care and attention to every detail. The breakfast comes as "buffet - style" with several gluten free and "vegan-friendly* options. Everything is nicely presented and there's plenty of choice. My personal experience has been very positive. I asked if I could have a vegan breakfast and I was offered very good plant-based options. The b&b is situated in a charming and" off the beaten path" area, away from chaos, but close to facilities and transport links. The metro station is only a 10 minute walk from the b&b. Highly recommend!

We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel so much! Rita who welcomed us was the kindest woman, so helpful and caring and ensured we have everything we need. The place has an amazing character, my son was fascinated by the antique furniture, the phone and the office area (and enchanted by the treats he got at breakfast and otherwise:). The place is also very clean and has all the necessary facilities. Perfect for enjoying Rome!

It was extremely convenient to our destination. The staff was kind and exceptional. The breakfast was lovely.

We had been in Rome for a medical procedure. The bed was very squeaky. Each time you moved it would squeak making it difficult for us to remain comfortable without distributing the rest of the other person. But.. that’s something that if we had been there for just a leisure visit wouldn’t even be noted

Il Tempio di Morfeo was located in the suburb of Monte Cristo. It was in a beautiful location with offstreet parking provided by the hotel. The room was well appointed, with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. The staff were very friendly and made us very welcome during our stay. The breakfast, which was included, was also excellent. The hotel was also close to the metro. and there were good restaurants nearby.

Everything was wonderful and I have no negatives to say. We would recommend this hotel as a cost effective and pleasant hotel to stay in.

We were delighted with our very comfortable bed, the clean, spacious, fresh room and bathroom all set in a historic well cared for large home. There was lots of light and the location was perfect for us walking the Camino Via San Francesco. Our host was super delightful and if you want to stay in Monte Sacro, this is the perfect place.

The villa is ca 700 m from Metro station Conca d'Oro, but the way is strong rising. The bulding is very imposing, with nice palmtrees in the garden. The breakfast was good, although there are not wide choice from food. The room is simply furnished, it was appropriate for a stay for a few days.

There was a filming one day, which was not mentioned in advance. This day we had to go in a bar (with a tag) for breakfast, where we received only one piece of sweet croissan, bot we had to pay extra for sandwich and eggs. The filming lasted all day, we hardly could reach our car and prepare for departure the next morning.

Beautiful and well maintained building with parking. Very pleasant host and great breakfast.

Nothing really, maybe that the aircon in our room was blocked by a closet and therefore less effective on cooling but that was minor point

Good location, close to metro station, extremely nice and friendly host. The apartment, even if a bit old style, is charming, clean and perfect for a short stay. Good value for the money spent.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days during our Italy trup. The owners are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean with all amenities available. Very nice reception, breakfast was good. Secure private parking. Private bathroom outside the room may be an inconvenience for some (we booked the room knowing this).

The location is perfect, close to the metro. The house itself is beautiful with private parking on site. Breakfast is great also.

The house can be noisy when people are moving, but it doesn't bother at night.
