Located at the top of a narrow, one-way Street in a very residential area, the hotel is fairly quiet except for an occasional barking dog and definitely safe, a quick walk down the hill and you find every service you can think of: food: grocery stores, cafes, a lovely church, and a central Hub in Sempiane of many buses The staff is absolutely lovely especially Francesca who was most helpful period

Returning at night, the cabs often miss the turn to access the street. if you are on foot that little Hill becomes a little bit bigger after a heavy dinner period The tv needs to be upgraded to a smart TV so we can use Netflix and Tube, etc

The hotel is in a quiet part of Monte Sacro district, very well connected to buses. There is a lot of green in that area and it is quiet despite being close to bus terminals and stores. The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was spacious and practical and had a lot of natural light. There is a cute patio.

Parking is nearby but not right at the hotel, and there is not valet. Lots of steps inside the hotel, not ADA-friendly.

I want to thank staff and especially Keti, she was extremely helpful, polite and always ready to help or advise. The hotel itself was very beautiful and comfortable

The room was quite far from the reception, I got lost 2-3 times, breakfast was nice but casual and with not much choice. The location was not good as we were not able to request taxi, been waiting for an hour and we were late for the train. Also it was quite far from the main sightseeings

I have only good things to say about this facility! Staid at this hotel for two days during the new year's celebrations in Rome, I was very pleased with the service and facility, so much so that it felt wrong not to write a review. Arrived at the hotel the day of the 30th and was able to park my car really close to the entrance, the hotel offers inside parking but is based on availability and I didn't take advantage of this feature... Fortunately it seemed like they are located in a quiet residential area of the city, and although difficult, some parking was available pretty much always. I ended up using the public transport most of the time but it was nice knowing the car was right there if needed. Check-in was pretty straight forward, the clerk was nice, efficient and very prepared. She provided information on the facility itself and also on how to move around Rome during our stay. Moving around a city is always difficult, the tips she gave us for the public transport were very much appreciated. The room was cozy and clean with all the standard features, the staff had also left a bottle of "spumante" in the room as a thank you for choosing them for our new year's stay. The bathroom was also very clean and nice, not too spacious but just fine for 2 people and everything was in its place... Breakfast was really nice, all the classics were present: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurts, cold cuts, cheese, jams etc. It was also nice to see items only seen in higher end hotels like: hard boiled eggs, different types of "cornetti" (croissants), cakes and more. Breakfast staff was excellent! The place is clearly very nice and very well kept, but for my experience the best feature of the structure was the staff! A very efficient and well assembled team that went above and beyond to provide a great service. I have worked in a "Best Western" in the past and that's why I continue choosing this chain.

A little far from the city's main attractions, but connected well with the public transport, bus and metro stops are only a short walk away.

Staff was exceptional. We left a cellphone and they were great about locating it and holding it until it could be returned.

English skills of front desk were just OK. Just the one lady, the rest of the staff was great and she was still friendly.

We were very impressed with the friendliness and welcome given by the Reception Staff. Antonia and Antonella were exceptionally helpful. We were also pleased to have safe parking for the car. The location is good and we found a little tratorria , “Il Locale” very nearby with excellent wine cellar and good food.

The paving slabs in the Parking Lot were a little uneven and could make you slip.

very friendly and helpful staff. They are there 24-7 to answer any questions or concerns you have. also very comfortable beds get a goodnight sleep after a long day in the heat of the summer in Italy. We were there during 100 degree weather all week. thankfully the hotel has ac in all of their rooms.

my only negative about the hotel was the tiny small shower especially in the room me and my wife had. it was literally a phone booth with no room to at least raise your arms to scrub or lather up.
