This place was absolutely amazing, room is beautiful with great view ,comfy bed and it had everything you might need ,BUT the host Fabrizio is definitely the soul of this place ! He was kind enough to invite me for a dinner and glass of wine with his family and friends when he realized that it's my birthday, and my oh my - what a dinner it was !!! Definitely the best cacio e pepe I ever tasted !! And during the breakfast- lovely lady ( whose name I didn't catch unfortunately ) made me a cappuccino that was unbelievably good ,wish I know how to make it like that

Fantastic views & a very good evening meal next to the pool with very nice service - a special experience. Fabrizio (the owner) is very welcoming & obviously takes great pleasure in entertaining visitors to the property & restaurant. Large bedroom & equally large bathroom with walk in shower. Ornate old styled furnishings throughout. Private complex with secure parking.

A little difficult to park the motorcycles as there is no level area in the parking area. Some of the complex whilst not being used for events could be tidied up rather than piling unused furniture on open view. The old armchair sat directly outside our room needs to be replaced with a table & chairs.

Fabrizio is the perfect host. Tenuta Lisetta is just what we needed after a first day ride on bicycles out from Rome (start of southern route of the Way of St Francis). The great rooms, the view, the splendid meal Fabrizio organised. His gracious invite to us to join a private party of his around the lovely pool area. A night to remember.

Amazing gem, just outside Rome! Starting with the beautiful view over the city, which you can admire from the outside pool, spacious and also cozy outside, where you have plenty of space to relax and finally really stylish accommodation. The bedroom and bathroom are huge and give you a vibe of luxury, in our case, with the bathtub in the room in front of the fireplace... Kind of magical. :) Comfy, quiet, and very close to the city and Rome itself. Great service, really lovely and helpful people! Thank you!!

Where do I start? With Fabrizio who welcomed us with an eternal smile on his face and joy in his manner? With Gabriella who provided an amazing breakfast each day, with a smile and kindness to my children although they do not speak the same language? With the view each morning and evening from our amazing rooms? With the beautiful pool? Everything and everyone were amazing, we were so sorry to leave... we will definitely come back 🤗

Everything was perfect, no doubts

Actually everything!! I travelled with my 12 years old son in April. First of all, thank you Fabrizio and Barbara for inviting us in your home! Thank you for your warmth and kindness! And also for your willingness to help us when we needed! The food was above delicious and also healthy! I love the location and the fact that you are in the middle of nature; with birds singing and fresh air. The view is also spectacular! The room is super big, was very clean and cosy! Thank you it was a very pleasent experience for my son and I! We will definetely return!

The location was stunning, a great escape from the big cities. Views of the mountains, olive groves and amazing sunsets in the evening. The pool to escape the summer heat was a real treat. Friendly staff who help create a very relaxed atmosphere. It was a short walk into the town with a great Piazza and plenty of choices to eat and drink. We just loved it.

Absolutely beautiful location, you feel like you've walked into an Italian painting. Spacious stunning room with great air-con, lovely shower, deep bath and very comfortable bed. Feels very private, almost as if you had your own villa. The owner is so friendly and helpful, makes a great Aperol spritz. The pool is stunning and its very easy to spend the day relaxing by it. The many times we chose to eat at the hotel restaurant, the food was delicious, the wine was amazing and you get to watch the sunset over their beautiful gardens. All in all, an utterly relaxing and pampering experience!

Beautiful and stylish/unique room and spacious bath. Perfect to relax before heading to Rome. Views of the mountains and amazing sunset. Just a truly perfect and welcoming! Dinner is prepared tastefully and delicious. Owners are attentive to details. Just a perfect stay.

Everything was excellent!

Very nice hotel located in Monterotondo. My room was spacious and very well decorated. I had dinner there, and the spaghetti carbonara was delicious. I strongly recommend it.
