The room was large, clean, and comfortable with modern updates, and the property was walkable to the historic center. We loved the historic center's landmarks, medieval streets, and alleys, and we enjoyed its bars and restaurants, but we feel lucky to have discovered B&B Il Giardino and it's beautiful, relaxing neighborhood. The neighborhood offered a promenade with panoramic views and a nice blend of local life and tranquility. Parking was also the easiest that we experienced on our trip. We look forward to having the chance to stay there again.

Everything was super clean, there was a fridge, a balcony and a super nice checkin system without keys which is really handy. The beds were so comfortable!!! There was parking on the street so our car was close to us. You were at walking distance from the center and we loved everything! The breakfast was really nice and the staff (Sabrina and Franceska if I remember correctly) were extremely nice and go to very great lengths to help you with whatever you need.

Wry good value for the price. Tivoli itself is bustling town outside room. Saturday night was crowded, several food and dress places were open until midnight. Only thing that needs improvement is check in hours as it closed at 8 pm though staff sent us video explaining how to get our apartment key and how to navigate inside. Breakfast was served and satisfying unless you are used to elegant Hilton style breakfast. Rooms were clean and spacious. Easy access to food at night. Rome is about 45 mins to Rome I think.

Check in process as we arrived 845 pm and it closed at 8 pm. Buffet breakfast could have been better and more wfficient

The hotel is located in a quiet place within a few minutes' walk to a bus stop (connexions to Rome or Adrian's Villa) and 10-15 minutes walk to major tourist attractions in Tivoli (Villa d'Este etc). The room and bathroom are large and nicely decorated, the bed is very confortable. We heard no no traffic noise (noisy neighbours in the corridor could be a problem as anywhere). The owner and the personnel are nice and efficient, e.g. they provided additional dishes for breakfast, let us store luggage on the day of departure, gave useful adivice. I do not think there's a better hotel nearby in this price range.

The safe was not operational: lock broken and the box disconnected from the wall. It was not a problem for us to carry passports and valuables; the town and its tourist attractions look very safe.

This is my second time staying here. It was just as good as the first time (5 yeas ago). I asked a lot of questions, especially around parking and they were very helpful. The breakfast is ample, fresh and delicious. We needed an early check out time and they were very accommodating. They even provided us with breakfast before we left (we did not expect that as it was our choice to leave early). The location was also perfect for the attractions we wanted to see.

Great location, great price, clean and serviceable rooms, good breakfast and lovely staff.

The bathroom in my room needs some plumbing help (shower doesn’t drain properly which leads to water outside on the floor each time, and bidet wouldn’t drain). Staff said they’re working on it, otherwise clean, good water pressure and temps so it’s very manageable. Be aware there is one set of stairs that are unavoidable to get to the building.

Located in a quiet part of town - the walk into the center is just lovely. The staff was excellent. They made us feel very welcomed. They also spoke English which was helpful. Breakfast offered a variety of fresh fruits; fresh juice, coffee(s), tea, water, freshly cooked eggs , yogurt,, and dolce. The room was clean, spacious, and had a private balcony with garden view. They will store your bags if you need this service.

The rooms were modern and clean, and the breakfast was fantastic. We were jet-lagged from just landing the day of our stay, and the staff were kind and accommodating throughout the experience, including giving us an extra few minutes to finish our breakfast past the ending time. Very pleased with our choice to stay here!

The room (more like an apartment) was large and comfortable with a great view looking out towards Rome and the location is very close to the centre. The staff were very kind and helpful. We only stayed one night but we were very happy!

The location was great, close to the most important sights of Tivoli but far enough from the traffic. It took only a 15 minute walk to reach anything we wanted. Our room had a stunning view onto the valley to the west, it was spacious and silent.

Parking was a nightmare without preparing a lot of coins ahead of time. There were no free parking spots and paying by card was impossible. We took the spa room but after filling up the bathtub we noticed that it was actually quite dirty while everything else was clean. The cot provided by the property had one side open and it was impossible to close it up because the zipper was broken so we couldn't put our baby in there. It wasn't a big issue for us but there was no elevator.
