Excellent location in Tivoli historic centre yet still very quiet. Thanks to Catalin, who resolved all of our claims (except Internet dropouts), we were able to move to one of the larger rooms with painted ceilings. Well equipped and functional bathroom, plenty of choice (cakes, croissants etc.) for breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff - they did their best to make the guests happy. Very clean and well maintained rooms.

Poor hotel wifi (losing Internet connectivity most of the time), and GSM mobile Internet was poor as well due to the wall thickness. The TV in our room was quite old and did not allow switching to external HDMI input or PC/mobile display projection. It would also help to have 2 chairs in the double bedroom - not just one chair.

simple, exceptionally clean room with all the facilities you could require. Shower was great + a lovely breakfast and the host was most accommodating and very helpful. Was in a perfect location and would 100% stay again

there was nothing I didn't like, but if I have to mention one thing I suppose it would be a usb port for phone charging, however I had my own one so it really was not an issue. Everything was great

The rooms were very comfortable. The location provided access to wonderful restaurants in easy walking distance. Breakfast was very good with many options and was served in a restaurant sized dining room. Simone was an excellent host and very helpful throughout our stay.

The accommodation was a little hard to find at first and parking can be problematic. Simone was kind enough to accompany me to and from the public parking lot.

The junior suite was absolutely beautifully renovated. 3rd floor, amazing views of Tivoli hills, beautifully decorated in natural materials/neutral tones and high end fixtures. Breakfast was very pleasant in a 3rd floor breakfast room with 270 degree views over the town and hills. The hosts were very kind, helpful and attentive.

The host gave us very good instructions to find the B&B from teh parking area. The only confusion was identifying the rooms. It would be super helpful to have numbers on the doors of the rooms to make finding the right room simpler.

The hospitality was evident from the start. All of the staff, especially Katalin, were wonderful...friendly, helpful and always accommodating to any request. The room was comfortable and the location was absolutely perfect. The breakfast served in a lovely dining area was just right to start the day. We definitely hope to return!

We did not find tissues, and just minimal bathroom products. Also, in-room coffee would have been nice.

The location was exceptional, in the centro historico and an easy walk to the Villa d'Este and many good restaurants. Both Catalin, the manager, and the breakfast hostess were gracious and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags for a few hours after checking out. The breakfast was ample. Catalin also provided helpful advice about parking and avoiding the city center restrictions.

Although we knew in advance that there was no electric kettle or refridgerator, we did miss having them.

This is the historic and rustic place in the center of the town close to restaurants and attractions. We had a big room with the comfortable bed. The staff went out of the way to book the restaurant for dinner and cater to all our needs.

Please note that there are no elevator because this is an old historic building, but the staff helps you with the luggage.

Al Palazzetto is a fantastic place to stay! We loved everything about it. The room was comfy and had old world charm. The location was great - in the heart of Tivoli. Everything is close - only a five minute walk to Villa D'Este and Villa Gregoriana. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well. We had one of our best meals in Italy in the wine bar that is a couple of minutes walk away. Breakfast was great in a beautiful room on the top floor. Best of all was Luca, our host, who provided lots of good info and recommendations. He was so helpful and kind! We hope to make it back to Tivoli and would definitely stay at Al Palazzetto again!!

The room was one of a kind, with exposed beams and curved wooden door. You were experencing history, but with all the ammenities of the 21st century. The breakfast had many options and was served in a room that overlooked the city on three sides. The staff was exceptional, offering restaurant recommendations and setting up reservations, and the location was close to everything. A magical experience.

It was a great place to stay whilst in Tivoli. Central to everything, sights, restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day.

It is not that i did not like it, it is just that our suitcases were heavy. I would suggest smaller suitcases, as being a b&b, there are no lifts.
