The rooms were very comfortable. The location provided access to wonderful restaurants in easy walking distance. Breakfast was very good with many options and was served in a restaurant sized dining room. Simone was an excellent host and very helpful throughout our stay.

The accommodation was a little hard to find at first and parking can be problematic. Simone was kind enough to accompany me to and from the public parking lot.

The junior suite was absolutely beautifully renovated. 3rd floor, amazing views of Tivoli hills, beautifully decorated in natural materials/neutral tones and high end fixtures. Breakfast was very pleasant in a 3rd floor breakfast room with 270 degree views over the town and hills. The hosts were very kind, helpful and attentive.

The host gave us very good instructions to find the B&B from teh parking area. The only confusion was identifying the rooms. It would be super helpful to have numbers on the doors of the rooms to make finding the right room simpler.

This suite was very beautiful. We wanted to stay in the room because it was so pretty. It was also enormous. The location was good right in the town. Everything about it was very professional and had a touch of luxury, for example the bed linen was high quality and the shower was very big (so rare for Europe!)

Note that the parking station is about 5-6min walk from the hotel; and there are stairs. So it’s wise to just bring an overnight bag and leave the heavier stuff in the car if you can. This is not a drawback or fault of the property though; it’s just something to be aware of.

Al Palazzetto is a fantastic place to stay! We loved everything about it. The room was comfy and had old world charm. The location was great - in the heart of Tivoli. Everything is close - only a five minute walk to Villa D'Este and Villa Gregoriana. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well. We had one of our best meals in Italy in the wine bar that is a couple of minutes walk away. Breakfast was great in a beautiful room on the top floor. Best of all was Luca, our host, who provided lots of good info and recommendations. He was so helpful and kind! We hope to make it back to Tivoli and would definitely stay at Al Palazzetto again!!

It was a great place to stay whilst in Tivoli. Central to everything, sights, restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day.

It is not that i did not like it, it is just that our suitcases were heavy. I would suggest smaller suitcases, as being a b&b, there are no lifts.

The location was very convenient. Room was nicely designed and clean. Very convenient long counter and generous closet area. Breakfast was delicious and served in an elegant, light filled location. Good advice from the personable owner about restaurants.

I wish we had known to park in the Massimo lot prior to arrival. I sent a couple of emails asking about parking before we arrived but didn’t receive a response. The lot were we parked initially seemed like it would be a good choice based on Google maps, but meant we had to carry our luggage up many more stairs. The bathroom was small, and the hinges on the toilet seat cover were broken. The balcony overlooked a small courtyard where the building across the way was under construction.

The place was stylish. Lovely room great location in the heart of the old town and just five minutes walk from a car park. Breakfast was lovely and I. A room at the top of the building with stunning views. Lovely place and great value. They also sent a list of restaurants and attractions to you so you could plan your trip. I felt they really went above and beyond

Nothing - it was better than expected and we really enjoyed our stay

Excellent location. 300 meters from Villa D’Este and the real gem of the area, Parque Gregoriana. The neighborhood is fun too with lots of shops, restaurants, and a small piazza with kids and local families enjoying the evening. We even had a spontaneous marching band go down the street in medieval garb. The room was great. Antique building but modern appliances. Simone is very helpful, and Marianna made us a breakfast of scrambled eggs with ham and cheese that might be the best I’ve ever had.

Only complaint. The other couple with us didn’t have a blanket for their bed, and were a little chilly the first night. We gave them ours and they were fine.

Very charming place in an old palazzo. Uphill walking when you arrive from the trainstation, which can be heavy with big luggage. The building does naturally not have a lift either. But the interior is just lovely in a rustic and authentic way. Exactly what i wished for with the beautiful beams in the ceiling, travertino stone and a quiet and tranquill atmosphere. The room was charming and had everything i needed. The fridge and good shower and AC was very appreciated in the warm month of July. The bed was fantastic. Breakfast was small and intimate and a lovely start to the day with a beautiful view over Tivoli. This is a magical place to visit and both Villa d`Este and Villa Gregoriana are just a short walk from Al Palazetto. The staff was not there when i arrived but i received all the information via Whatsapp and did a self check in very easily.

Perfect location for enjoying the old town of Tivoli and for visiting Villa D’Este. Sympathetically renovated room, maintaining the charm of the old building, with its high ceilings and wooden beams, while creating a modern make over. The breakfast room was beautiful, at the top of a tower, with windows on three sides, allowing a stunning view of roof tops and the countryside. A charming host, contacted me through What’s App, and gave information about parking, which is not on site ( obviously as the B and B is in the old town)
