The location was absolutely perfect. The attractions were all within a very short walk. The hospitality & communication with the host was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the modern bedroom. We were also very happy to have air conditioning.

It would have been helpful to have more hooks in the bathroom. Also, a second luggage rack in the room since my husband and I each had luggage.

Lovely first floor suite in characterful traditional stone building, quiet setting but literally 1 minute walk to Tivoli’s amazing historic town centre and superb shops and restaurants. 20 minutes or so to train and bus stances. Hosts Marco and Alessandra most welcoming. Ville d’Este and Gardens unmissable! All the best for 2025 Marco and Alessandra!

Really helpful hosts with exceptional communication and information about Tivoli - sites, bars, restaurants etc. Great care and attention to detail had gone into the redesign and decoration of the interior and exterior of the building, making the most of an old tower which, like the huge majority of houses in the old part of Tivoli, was relatively small. Its location is perfect for the visitor, an easy walk to everything with covered parking 200 metres away. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Very little. A very minor point, but, because it was windy, the air conditioning flue was a little noisy, but did not detract from our stay at all.

The location of the property is amazing, right in the center. The check-in was very easy and Alessandra was very helpful in explaining everything and giving great recommendations for the restaurants and things to do around. The room was comfortable and clean.

All was great - met the description 100% - the location is better than described - very close to the genuine Italian, alive part of the city.

So much character in beautiful old building. The owner/designers have furnished it with such quality and elegance it could be a demonstrator property for their Architect business. Location is superb, 2 min walk to Piazza Plebiscito. Immaculately clean.

Entry is by steep stairs with tight doorways. for most this will be ok but those with large bags it will be awkward.

The location was amazing and the room was so lovely! Check in was so easy, and the host’s recommendations for places to eat were wonderful!
