The room was small but clean, air conditioned and in my case very quiet as I had a window facing the courtyard. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the metro Libia. The gym free of charge was a nice surprise. Breakfast included bread, eggs, cheese, ham, vegetables, fruit, sweet pastries and hot drinks. I was expecting only croissants according to earlier reviews, so I was pleasantly surprised.

Unfortunately, the breakfast does not include vegan and organic foods such as plant-based drinks, oat flakes, etc. I would suggest including these foods as well.

After check-in, it was amazing to walk into a room that had the AC left on as outside it was over 30 degrees. The room was very clean, with good quality soap and body wash, comfortable bed, and decent facilities and decor.

The sink hot water didn't work. It wasn't as if the problem was that the water came out cold. Instead, no supply of water came out at all when set on the hot water side. Fortunately, nice lovely hot water in the shower which was a welcome to soak my feet after much exploring Rome.

Very good location (bus stop outside in couple of meters; metro (B line) - 10 mins walk to Libia station to easily access center/ downtown). Air conditioned ameneties were clean upon arrival and were thoroughly cleaned each day. My family of 4 stayed in a family room (612), which got separate bedrooms and a fantastic balcony facing to Northern Rome mountains - enjoyed evenings tasting regional wine with a lovely view outside ;) Breakfast typical Italian (sweet): variety of croissants and buns with fillings, cereal, yogurt, various coffees, tee, juice (that's probbaly the full breakfast menu). Gentle reception service!

Stayed for 3 nights - all were lovely, including the overnight stay at hotel . A coincidence?: on a departure morning @ 09:00 the ambinet music (jazz, trumpets) in a corridor was amplified to the level, sort of to intentionally wake up the guests ;) The same (sweet) breakfast offer could be variable by extending buffet menu and even the same variaty could be regularly toped-up, instead of stating customers, "sorry, it's finished".

The staff was very friendly, professional, patient, kind and ALWAYS greeted us with a smile. I would describe the hotel decor as modern, eclectic chic! So pretty! Our room was so nice, clean. The front desk staff was so helpful with getting us a cab for airport transportation and suggesting a great restaurant for me and my mom! Definitely recommend!

The beds were not comfortable but I was able to sleep. They served their purpose.

A value for money hotel, in an urban area, quite noisy due to the numerous ambulances passing by. Very comfortable beds, ample and spacy apartments, really fair and casual the restaurant named "Figo" where you get a 20% discount since you are a hotel resident. Everything was very clean, congratulations to the housekeeping team !

Too many ambulances, very narrow lift, but more or less everything was good.

The hotel is located on the mail road, however the soundproofing is great and there was no street noise coming into the room. Good connection to centre, the rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable

the breakfast on offer is a croissant and coffee. I would not even call it a breakfast.

Lovely apartment, very clean and so convenient having a 24/7 check in. Well connected by bus. Would highly recommend for convenient short or long stays.

It would have been helpful to have basics like a small amount of detergent and dishwashing liquid. Also the metallic cover on the shower head was peeling off and it was quite sharp. Please consider replacing it for safety reasons.

Great hotel, staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area and could help when we had queries with sight seeing and transport. Hotel room was clean and quiet despite being on main road. Great access to transport links (bus and train). Would recommend for sight seeing holidays. We would return to this hotel

Breakfast service could have been quicker, menu for breakfast was great, service was just a bit slow when we had a day of sightseeing to do. Staff were lovely despite this however

The hotel is located in a safe area, the bus station is located in front of the hotel with good connections to downtown, also a metro station is 10min walking distance. The room was clean, decent breakfast and even though the mornings are busy the ladies that are serving the breakfast are very nice and helpful. The breakfast contains: coffee selection, bakery selection, yogurt. The room was cleaned daily, the reception lady was helpful as well. Close to the hotel you can found decent places to eat.

The Hotel is very good and the family room is ideal for couple with children/teenagers. Enough space for 4 luggagues. The hotel is well located (near by train and Subway) but not in the center. First time the neighborhood looks strang, but after a walk nice place with restaurants. There is a train staiation called Rome Nomentane (something like that) 5 minuts walk from the hotel and direct from the airport. Unfortunately the hotel dont told me that, and I booked a driver with them from the airport to the hotel.

The shower is okay but inside the bathtub. As I am big, not very confotable/convenient. The breakfast is okay but not self service. You order for the staffs, not many options and no fruits.
