We are a family of four and the size of the room was perfect for us. It was a minimalist room but with all you need, three beds, one double, a desk, some shelves and some place to hang your clothes. Not enough if you are staying a lot of days and you want to unpack everything but we stayed three nights and we didn't need more. The room and the bathroon was very new, it seemed it was renovated recently and it was very clean. The hotel is located in a residencial area but there are many places to eat within 5-10 minutes walking and also on the way to the metro. The nearest metro station is a 15 min walk away but Termini station is only three stops away. You can also take bus 62 that goes through all the tourist places and leaves you near the Vatican. It is a perfect hotel if you are not looking for luxury and you don't mind being a bit far from the historic center. After walking all day I must say the beds were very comfortable and we had a good rest to continue visiting the city the next day.

The breakfast was fine and had different options between sweet and salty (above all pastries) but I would have loved more to choose and a better coffee. Even I don't have anything to complain, maybe the hotel it's a bit pricey for a three star hotel far from touristic places but all hotels at Rome were very expensive considering it was easter week plus jubilee year.

Very comfy accommodation in a quiet residential area, at short walking distance from Piazza Bologna, Villa Torlonia and other nearby gardens, restaurants and shops. Friendly staff, clean, better than average 3 star hotels in Rome.

There's no lift. Some better maintenance may improve the rating. I asked for invoice at booking stage, sent 2 reminders, 4 weeks later I am still waiting for it.

The staff was great. The location is in a neighborhood. You get to see modern Rome.

There was an alarm that went off across the street one day that was really loud.

It was a difficult night, I can be biased, but the hotel did managed to fit me in after struggling to find a place to stay. It was small room with good AC in a hot Rome.

I could not extend the stay as it was fully booked hotel. The rooms are very small and can only accommodate one person. I thought to change but it is good experience.

Hotel is quiet, provides everything you need. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Neighborhood was great, mostly residential and restaurants and bars close by. The hotel staff was very professional, attentive and willing to help with our needs. It actually exceeded my expectations.

Wifi was not the best, it can be improved. On our check out date we had difficulty trying to reach a taxi due to signal being so spotty.

Even if the hotel was quite far from the center, it was still close to a metro, bus or train station, and the bus station where I took the bus to Naples. The breakfast was good and diverse. The area where the hotel is located is quiet.

There was a family with three very small children in the room next to us and we had to warn them because they were making noise at 11 pm and we couldn't sleep.

The staff were very welcoming and helped especially the person at the reception. The rooms and toilet were neat and clean, beds were comfy. From the hotel we have to walk atleast 15 mins to reach the bus station which will take you to other tourist destinations.

Not very close to public transportation.

A nice hotel, a bit old but quite well preserved. Located in a peaceful area, a bit far from the main touristic attractions but with metro and many bus lines nearby. Our room was spacious and the breakfast very good.

The facilities are nice. The price and quality and breakfast.

The location is a bit walking from the metro or bus. The place doesnt have an elevator.

Our room didn't have a fridge, but we asked the reception about it and they brought one up for us the same evening. One of us forgot a jacket at the breakfast, and the staff held on to it and returned it promptly when asked about it.

There was no elevator. The double bed was made up of two single beds and kept separating down the middle occasionally.
