Room Is contemporary, clean, and inviting, with a comfortable mattress. The shower pressure was good and the bathroom was very clean and had all necessary amenities. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room is located four stops from Termini stop and took about 20 minutes (with walk to metro) to get to central Rome. Plenty of nearby bus lines too. The neighborhood itself has all conveniences within walking distance: grocery stores, pizzerias, bars, and grocery stores.

Managed to get lost in the maze of similar streets every time I left my room. GPS and google maps were just as confused as I was, it seemed.

Conveniently located near a metro station, which made navigating into Rome easy. Simone made check in relatively easy and organised a transfer to the airport at the end of our stay, which was very helpful. The room was very clean and I liked the block out external shutters which made the room very dark and good for sleep. King bed was very comfy. Nice sized fridge. Clean towels were provided part way through our stay which was appreciated.

The single sofa bed/spare beds weren't the most comfortable for my adult sons. There were no plates, cutlery, and very little by way of cups provided which made even making a picnic-style dinner at home and having a beverage difficult (there was a cooktop which we were not permitted to use). A toaster might have been a nice touch.

First, thank you for every help from the owner and staff. We arrived earlier, but the staff welcomed us and got ready for our room first even though she was busy. Thank you so much. Room was spacious, there was a train station near the property, so it was easy to access to the place like Termini or Colosseo. Moreover, we stayed 2 nights, and they put a bottle of water in a fridge each day. Free water. That was really nice for tourist. Thank you so much again. Lovely staff!!

Nothing. Oh, it was kind of confusing to find the reception. Nice guy (resident?) showed us where it was.

This property was very clean, spacious and modern. It is a 10 minute walk from the subway or a five minute walk to the bus stop. Very easy to get to. Either way it’s not far from Roma Termini train station. Security is certainly not an issue- there are three locked doors and a gate between you and the street. Bed was very comfortable but pillows are a bit large.

The air conditioner was really loud. Also, we were never told where the buzzer was to open the electronic gate; so we were a bit panicked at 0730 when we were trying to leave for the train station- perhaps include that in the booking details.

The room was very clean and we were thankful for a single bed each instead of the usual double and single combo that we found in most places. The decor was modest but the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. The bathroom exceptional with a deep tub and the shower pressure was great! We really want to thank Angela and Simone for such a wonderful stay - they even decorated the doorway for my youngest's birthday as a surprise when we returned from dinner. They went above and beyond with any assistance they could provide. It was about 15 minute bus/train from the main part of Rome, however we still found it easy to trek all over Rome and return each night. This factor also turned out to be a bonus as we explored more local neighbourhoods and found some amazing places to eat and we even had a discount at our local cafe for staying at the guesthouse.

The hotel is a wonderful little gem—very modest but decent, clean, and comfortable. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, even more than just friendly, which made the stay even better. Everything was great and perfectly suited me. The atmosphere was delightful.

The soundproofing is quite poor. You can hear noises from other rooms and the corridor when people walk or talk there. Additionally, there were some issues with hot water on the first night after we checked in, but everything was resolved the next day. These were probably the only drawbacks.

We absolutely loved the location, how spacious the apartment was and that our contact was easily reached. We were able to run to all the major attractions -Trevi fountain, Spanish steps ect in the morning as well as see a few other attractions along the way. It’s close enough to Rome without being in the busy streets. The house is close to public transport and you are spoiled for choice with restaurants and grocery markets. We enjoyed our stay

Great location and easy to get to the centre. About 20 minutes by bus. Cosy and less busy than the centre of the city. Close to the shop, restaurants and a cafe. Nice property and helpful staff. The only improvement I would suggest would be the temperature of the room. We had the basement room and it was very stuffy and hot. The fan was broken and the replacement didn’t provide much relief.

Host was responsive and communicated well our check in instructions. The room was lovely and spacious, we liked the complimentary tea and coffee and use of coffee machine. Located a bit outside of town in a charming area with metro and busses nearby.

Sadly we couldn't use the stove. Otherwise, very good stay.

It was our first time with my mom visiting Rome and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Comfortable, clean, close to the metro station as well as bars and places to hang out. The staff was awesome. Kind, friendly and open to help us giving us advises about different things to do in Rome and places to visit. If you are thinking about visiting Rome and you haven’t decided where to stay yet, this is definitely a great place to do it :)
