The staff at the villa are professional and extremely kind. They all went beyond usual service throughout my whole stay. This is the service I have experienced in 5 star boutique hotels. I had a project to finish and the hotel gave me a full office support without charge. Breakfast is delicious in the charming dinning room. The rooms are comfortable and private. The villa is my new Roma home away from home.

The villa’s apartments are wonderfully located in a quiet and peaceful area, offering an ideal retreat from the bustle of everyday life. The service was impeccable, the rooms spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere both cosy and welcoming. The villa itself is styled with great character — tasteful, distinctive, and full of charm. I especially appreciated the unique aesthetic of the apartments, which added a lovely touch of personality to the stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort with a sense of style.

The place is really nice. The morning receptionist was excellently friendly, and helped us with everything. We had good caffee, and good breakfast, and the room was totally nice and big.

We had a morning when we needed to left the villa at 7:00. The breakfast was from 7:30, and when I asked if we can get anything, the answere was: not, but in Rome there are lot places where we can buy some breakfast.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodated our extreme asynchronous arrivals. I told them I would be arriving early and would like to drop my bags, they already had my room available, 2 hours ahead of check-in.

It would be nice to have coffee (even a kettle and instant) available in the room. The windows also had a screen to keep insects out, but it was damaged and not functional, it would be good to have these functioning, even in winter (we're from a much colder climate). The breakfast was also quite limited, with very little instruction or help from available- eggs available from the buffet turned out to be uncooked, we had assumed they were boiled (quite typical in other continental buffet breakfasts) - we chose to go out for breakfast the next day.

Nomentano is a great area if you don’t mind being a 12 min bus ride from the centre. It’s pleasant and safe (lots of embassies) and convenient. A walk to Porta Pia with its restaurants and shops. The hotel is charming, set in a garden. The room was good, the bed made with excellent linens. Smart bathroom with a real hairdryer and a magnifying mirror! The breakfast room is lovely, overlooking the front garden, and breakfast was of a high standard. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Though only half a block from Via Nomentana, there is no traffic noise. We usually stay privately in Rome, but this was an excellent find and we would recommend it very highly.

Everything. This villa gives a home feeling, with a hotel-level service. The room was spacious. The staff was super nice and very accessible. The location is ideal to stay away from the touristic Rome. Walking distance from Piazza di Bologna, and 20 min by bus to the historic city, which is reasonable for a big city. The breakfast is not too rich, but it offers enough variety of local products in an intimate decor. I will undoubtedly book again at this hotel for my next stays in Rome.

If I have to mention a point to improve, it would be the design of the room. It's simple, efficient, but can be better ; this remark is not relevant at all for our stay.

Charming place. Tranquil neighborhood yet only 5-10 minutes walk to bars & restaurants near Piazza Bologna. Easy to get to metro or bus. Very pretty setting with common rooms and outdoor tables. Single room was very comfortable and bigger than rooms in historic center. AC worked well. Bathroom was large. Good morning cappuccinos. Loved the literary feel with all the books around.

Still had small box shower which might be a problem for a large person. Common rooms did not have a/c but it was being installed today!

This hotel is a remodeled villa in a nice quiet neighborhood. The surrounding grounds are pretty and it was nice they had a protected place to park, though parking is limited. The room had a comfortable bed, but the first night the air conditioning did not work and it was too warm to sleep. Opening the window helped, but the birds started chirping loudly at 4:30 in the morning and that was impossible to sleep through. The 2nd night they were able to fix the AC and it was much better.

The room and bathroom were a bit small and the breakfast was limited. The walk to public transportation was also a bit far, but the neighborhood felt safe and we were able to find a bus to everywhere we wanted to go in Rome.

Lovely breakfast. Not a huge choice of restaurants in the immediate area. Short walk to Metro station. Beautiful veranda to sit out.

I would have liked a better choice of drinks at bar - limited to Prosecco with no red or white wine.

Good choice if you are staying in Nomentano for some days, or even if you want to explore the city center. Staff was amazing, the room was quiet and the bed was very comfy. The wifi connection ia strong and stable. I enjoyed the breakfasts on the veranda.

The room looked a bit outdated, and may benefit from a renovation at a certain point. It was not an issue for me, but may be for others.
