From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by smiley friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble. We stopped for a drink before retiring to our room before we went out for dinner, the bar isn't a lively bar, a simple bar area for a quiet drink, but the staff are so fabulous in this hotel, you don't feel like you're causing them a chore. We were directed 5 minutes down the road to a fabulous little restaurant, what a little gem this is. The location is in a quiet area, more residential, less touristy (which we like), but within walking distance to the metro and some lovely little shops, bars and restaurants. A taxi to the centre of Rome is like 15 minutes away and costs around €20. Breakfast is a help yourself simple buffet, but everything is there, but you're not going to get your typical 'English Breakfast' here! A very clean hotel, we had a lovely balcony which got the sun all morning which suited us as we venture out around lunchtime. Would definitely stay here again, without a doubt.

The hotel was very nice, clean and welcoming. The staff was always available and helpful. I liked the signature scents scattered around the hotel! The bed was extremely comfortable. Toiletries were available in the bathroom, aside from conditioner. Lovely breakfast with sweet and savoury options. We had a view on the garden which was open to guests.

I don't have any complaints. Just a note for improvement. The shower wall was a bit dirty, in need of a good scrub. On one side of the bed the power outlet was hidden behind the furniture and not accessible. The A/C was switched off centrally in the evening and only came back on late at night, this could be a problem in the summer. The access to the rooms is still done with a physical key and not with cards which didn't make us feel very safe.

A comfortable clean hotel located in a beautiful neighbourhood of Rome. It has an old-fashioned charm all of its own, it is decorated with vintage furniture. They offer two different types of pillow, a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was good. The staff are helpful and very kind. The garden in the hotel is absolutely charming. There are nearby beautiful parks, supermarkets, restaurants, a very good cafe with amazing cakes and the best gelateria around the corner. Walkable distance to subway and bus stop. We have been there twice: in October 2017 and now in May 2024. We highly recommend it!

In short - everything! I liked the friendly and helpful attitude of all the staff, the excellent secure parking (€10/day), the efficient internet, and the nice breakfast. I also had a tasty pizza in the lovely garden. The hotel is on a main bus route and to travel ‘downtown’ takes 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. My room - nicely cleaned and prepared each day - looked out on the main road but was quiet and relaxed.

Nothing really - the hotel doesn’t claim to be anything it really is not.

Our stay in the hotel was wonderful, the room is very spacious, clean and very nicely decorated, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is very good and varied, the hotel has a very nice garden where you can relax. The location is in a very pleasant and nice neighborhood and very well connected with public transportation, which makes it easy and quick to get to the center. We would definitely come back again.

Beautiful and very clean hotel with 5 star treatment from staff. Dinning area is exquisite and the food was very nice. Staff is very nice & welcoming & extremely helpful. They even called a taxi for me when I was leaving.

I can’t fault anything about the hotel. Just the train stations are a bit far - abt 12-15minutes walk

Size and cleanliness

The front desk reception gives your prisoner’s experience and make you feel you are his prisoner. I had my daughter visiting me for couple hours and leave, the reception and older gentleman who checked me in first. called me and told me in the room two times before 09:30 PM and asked if my daughter was leaving or staying with you overnight. He lacked the common sense. A bedroom with 4 beds only 4 people can sleep, there is no room for more than 4 to sleep. The fact that he did not trust me and called me again to see if my daughter was leaving at the night, made me so upset that I did not sleep at all. I hated my stay in the hotel.

Liked the location as it was close to the subway. The fact that it was not so much in the city center made the price much better than other places in Rome, which is very expensive in this sense.

Property is a bit worn out. It would be interesting investing in renovation. My room was facing the street, so it was a bit noisy, but it didn’t affect my sleep.

The breakfast was nice and rich with lots of options and the coffee was good. the room was nice and clean. As for the location, we were a half an hour walk from the university. and it was a nice walk in the morning. the busses from just outside the hotel go to the termini and in to town. we never had to wait long for a bus. The staff were very nice and helpful

The food we ordered one afternoon could have been better.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Spacious room, breakfast was great, lots of options.. The secret garden out the back was beautiful. A nice peaceful place to relax. Pet friendly hotel too which was nice to see. Bus and metro stops very close, I only used the metro which was a 5 minute walk so it was perfect for us, only a few stops into the centre which was great. A few shops and restaurants nearby aswell. Would stay here again.
