The room was large, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also large and clean, and the shower had several settings. The room was serviced daily. Breakfast was self-service, but not limited in time - you could theoretically have breakfast at 5pm. Best of all was the huge terrace in the shared area where you could sit for breakfast and watch parakeets (yes, there are some in certain districts of Rome!) and baby seagulls on the opposite roof.

You can always start to nitpick, but for me/us there was nothing wrong.

Location is 15 min walk from Piazza Bologna. The facilities are good for a single traveler. Might be ok for couples who don't plan to stay long in the room. It's good for sleeping or resting during travel, but not to hang around. Relatively clean. Bathroom was very nice. Bidet is a huge plus. Good shower. I appreciated the self check-in. The breakfast was also self-service and looked nice (I eat out on vacations to try different food). There was a nice balcony in my room and a patio on on the common area. The neighborhood was quiet. Manuela was gentilissima during our chats.

Thin walls, if you know what I mean... Relatively clean. Slight mouldy odour (like most old Italian houses). Room kinda small but somehow bigger than expected.

I totally recommend this place. The building is near a bus station (60) that goes downtown, also you can walk for about 45 minutes if you like. The room is well equipped and there is a shared small kitchen for everybody. Breakfast is self service so you can take it at any hour. You will find sweets, coffee and tea in the room and kitchen, Check in is self. Supermarket is at less than 10 minutes of walk and you also have a park near the building.

Great room with a little balcony. Very clean. Helpful communication. Nice breakfast available when you want it. About 10 mins walk to the metro. Great local restaurants in all directions. Secure building with a much needed lift. Nice safe area. I was studying at Luiss Business School- about 10 mins up the road.

The owner was extremely helpful and assisted us with all our requirements. The room was much larger than you usually get on Rome and quiet though the property is on a main street. The room was clean, modern and well equipped with drinks and snacks with extrafood in the kitchen which has a wonderful sunny terrace where you can sit and relax enjoy view over the roof tops. Although the property is not in the city centre there are frequent buses outside that take you into the centre in 15 minutes.

Nice apartment not far away from a main tourist area. Bus stops are very close or you can walk 15 min to metro station. It is around 20 - 30 min to center area. Apartment itself quite small. Everything could be done via whatsapp. Finally we did not see an owner :) but she is always available in chat. Breakfast is small but it is ok to start a day. Anyway there are so many tempting things in the city, so small breakfast is rather a pro.

The breakfast setup was superbly organized, offering the convenience of self-preparation in the well-equipped kitchen. With a conveniently located bus stop near the apartment, accessing the city center was effortless. Furthermore, the owner's exceptional responsiveness and assistance added an extra layer of satisfaction to our stay. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

Beds were too soft for my preference.

The apartment was great, looked much larger in person, balcony was very big, great shower and aircon, had lots of hanging space for storing clothes, everything you could want in an apartment and more, staff were lovely and we had our own privacy, the street felt very safe and there was a bike/scooter route which we used every day.

Its really quite far away from the tourist attractions and the main streets of rome, usually about 1hour walk to get into the town centre then an hour back, cost us alot in scooter rides as we couldn't work out the buses well, if it were closer it would definitely be a 10/10 but overall our legs were walked off us even using the scooters we walked roughly 15-20km daily

Great localization, quiet neighborhood, very friendly host who were answering me all questions despite the hour. :) The place had everything to feel comfortable including good air-conditioning, which is a must in a July-august period.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, self service in the kitchen was great too. I personally liked having the ability to have a quick bite when you want to without worrying about opening hours.

Two single mattresses as one double bed is uncomfortable sleeping as a couple.
