The hotel is close to bus stations and a mini market. The room was clean and I received an iron and ironing table on request. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was ok but most of the stuff served was out of a bag, nothing really home made except eggs. The shower drain was broken and, when showering, the bathroom and some of the bedroom were flooded. We told the receptionist but he tried to blame us and didn’t fix it. You had to shower on really low pressure for it to not flood the floor. I thought the receptionist was really rude and unhelpful in a situation where there was not much I could do.

Wonderful accommodation, very friendly staff, extra clean room, delicious breakfast!! The breakfast in particular offers a wide range of choices, sweet and savory, including local delicacies such as chickpeas with scrambled eggs and bacon, sweet breads filled with whipped cream- a Roman delicacy known as Maritozzi-, crostata in different tastes and many more, varying from day to day so that one has the chance to try different delicious sweets of Rome. The bed is really comfortable, the room spacious and very clean. I really enjoyed my stay there and although not in the old city, the bus service is very frequent and reasonably priced, so one can access Sapienza-the University, the ancient monuments in the old city, Villa Borghese and many more, very easily. This hotel made my stay during a conference very comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 6 days in June 2024. And we definitely will come again. The hotel has a fantastic small garden area where we had our breakfast, surrounded by aromatic flowers. At night, we had our dinner with candles under the stars. And nothing of those would matter if the food was not excellent! The room was spacious,clean, tastefully decorated, with a smell of delicate fragrance that elevated your mood just by being there. The staff is helpful, polite, and smiling. The price is very sensible considering the quality of living there. It was an excellent choice, and we hope to repeat it.

The room was very comfortable, with a practical bathroom, stylish furnished with discreet elegance and. good lighting The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly – the whole atmosphere is cozy and home-like. The reception as well as the area outside my room had comfortable chairs and air-condition. So, although there was no chair in the room, there were several other seating possibilities. When weather permitted a cozy outdoor restaurant was available (not really geared to cash payment) The breakfast buffet was tasty and satisfies basic needs incl. cakes, fruits, juices and more. This hotel is located near a bus stop with two busses that run to the Termini station and thus simple to reach rather than the metro which is further off by walking (15 minutes). IThe location is quiet in a very populated city! However, check the bus numbers that stop at the nearest bus stop, the sign itself is not reliable as some busses have limited stops. Check with google maps! Public transportation is easy, just needs planning. Traffic is extremely heavy and slow due to many cars, and road construction works several places. Since there is (June 2024) much road construction in central Rome esp. near Termini it is advisable to take your time, use the express busses with limited bus stops but they move easier in very heavy traffic all day long.

There are no nearby restaurants, Tabachi (for bus tickets) or shops in the area, which is not practical; for me it did not matter so much, since my priority was being in the Via Nomentana area. The room price is excl. city tax, so read the small print on booking.com but altogether the room price seems very high compared to what you get.

The hotel was located on a very nice street, active but not too noisy. You can get there by bus that stops nearby. The Metro station in a few minutes of walking. Also, there was a long bicycle path:) The staff was friendly, the room was clean and stylish, and the breakfast was small but tasty. We spent three good days here, thank you!

Not a big problem for us but still: - No ventilation or air conditioner in the room, small windows that open only halfway. It was tooo hot in February. - No fresh vegetables for breakfast. Really, nothing. - No bathrobe. - Confusing shower (you need to press the button to use the hand shower). - Lack of light in the evening.

It was a quaint, boutique hotel where Lorenzo couldn’t do enough to help with anything we asked as front of desk or Massimo with anything in the bar or dining area. Rooms were unexpectedly large with luxury bathrooms & facilities you’d expect in a five star hotel. All the staff were so helpful to make our stay special. Hotel was spotless, the bed was a super king & there was ample of closet space, minibar & tea/coffee facilities.

Very tasty breakfast, room is large and clean. Hotel design is modern and recently renovated. There was a beautiful garden with parrots and fruit trees outside our window.

There's a double room split into two parts with a wooden door in between. Every new guest from that second room tries to open that door and go inside your room! We experienced such cases from 12 a.m. till 3 a.m. Also you can hear all sounds from toilet and bathroom from your neighbors.

The property is beautiful and the room we stayed in was spacious. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was included and I enjoyed it both days we stayed there. The location was not walkable to any attractions but the metro station and bus stops were within walkable distance so you could find your way. Overall excellent stay. I would absolutely recommend!

I wish the AC was stronger but this is not unique to this hotel. Most hotels in Europe tend to have less ac power than I am used to at home so I can’t blame them for that.

The room was clean, nice and comfortable. The location it’s a bit far from the center but is in a good area, there are buses and the metro is nearby. It’s a bit less crowded compared to the city center which could be appreciated after a long day walking.

The bathroom missed a hair dryer and it was not possible to turn on the AC because was not the hot season.

Beautiful hotel, really cosy and extremely clean. The staff is very nice and helpful, made our experience so much better. The breakfast was quite well serviced. Plenty of options and generous. ( make sure to ask for veggies as its not their strong suit; they will provide it). The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was so clean snd nice ; a little kid would enjoy his night time routine. The cleaning service was excellent, the AC was very good, especially for Europe. All in all very accommodating hotel

Although i enjoyed my stay, 2 things really brought it down. 1- the hotel has the option of connected rooms. So we har to share a door with an adjacent room which was fine as the door was shut however the sound proofing was extremely bad. We could literally hear the other room breathe. And im sure they could do so too. So that really affected the privacy we needed. 2- i have mo clue why this happened but the room vibrated every now and then. Like a mini earthquake. Could be because of some metro below us or a tramway… i dont know but it was really troubling. Finally, the location although quiet and calm, is not easily reachable . This is not the hotels fault but the few stations around the hotel were mot well serviced and it was very hard to get around using public transports.
