Went with my parents, would definitely recommend for a 3 person trip! Room was very clean and roomy, cleaning services happened daily. The staff for the breakfast meal was very friendly and helpful! The location and neighborhood are wonderful, with great selections of food and drinks and friendly atmosphere overall. It's also very close to a subway station and a bus station that take you anywhere very quickly.

If there was one thing that brings the overall grade down a bit would be the breakfast selection, as the continental breakfast wasn't that varied in terms of meat and cheese products (even if it was good in terms of sweets and fruits!).

A hidden jewel in this beautiful city. We felt extremely safe and loved the history of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and I don’t think I’ve stayed at a cleaner place. The room was modern and CLEAN. The reception staff was available 24 hours and they were extremely helpful. Shout out to Daniela!

The location was a bit removed from Rome city center so you’ll need to take transportation to get most sites but there’s a bus stop right outside the property.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is located 12 minutes on foot from the Bologna B line metro station, so the city center is easily accessible, however metro is generally crowded. There are also bus stops really close to the hotel. In the nearby area there is a big supermarket and several places to eat.

The safe in the room was not working but I didn't need that anyway. One night there was just luke warm water (not hot).

Beautiful property, located in an upscale area of Rome. Comfortable, clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. There was also a bus stop just outside the hotel, so commuting was really convenient.

The staff was really unhelpful, almost rude, and some did not even speak English. Also, we usually had to wait about half an hour to eat breakfast, since the amount of tables they had did not suffice.

It’s very clean and quiet. Room is big. Very friendly staff. Nice garden, set back from the street. Bus stop right outside with express bus taking you to Termini. Subway is about 6/8 minute walk. Breakfast was great, I wish we could use it more than we did - it starts at 7:30am, but we needed to leave early for sightseeing. If breakfast starts at 7:00am, it will be much more convenient for us.

Towels are only changed every three days. Our family has four people - it is hard to squeeze all four towels on the heating rack. Not that big of a deal though.

The staff was exceptionally caring and nice!! The hotel was very clean and in the immediate vicinity of nice bistros and bars. Bus station right outside the door, metro station- 7 minutes (it is only 3 stops to Termini, where you can catch your shuttle bus to Airport and 5 stops to Colosseo).

Everything was spotless clean. Room was decent size, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and staff was friendly and polite. Beautiful garden and balcony, ideal for morning coffee

Our room was looking at the street so it was a bit noisy in the morning. Electricity in the room is working only when a key card is inside, so it was a bit cold in the evening when we come back in the room. Also, it would be really nice if there is a kettle or coffeemaker available in the room, so you can prepare yourself a coffee or tea.

Beautiful property, very clean, spacious rooms, lovely breakfast with lots of options.

It would he nice if breakfast hours ran until 1000 so you could sleep in, relax in the morning, instead of having to set an alarm while on vacation just so you don't miss breakfast.

We asked for a quiet room but they didn’t have one. The very busy street noise made sleeping a challenge. The location for a short Rome stay was too far out of the center. But the neighborhood was nice. Would have been nice to have an iron/board in the room.

An exceptionally high quality villa in Rome. 24 hr concierge service superb. Bed huge and very comfortable. Breakfasts are a must with enough of all the right food to eat and you're joined by great hosts in the kitchen they were both A++++ in service and kindness. Extra amenitiesof a large relaxing lounge, a serene chapel space, car parking, gardens to explore, and a huge balcony to sit and have a night cap and enjoy a view of this massive city. Bus stop right outside the gate. Metro 5 mins walk. Gelato shop on the corner. Supermarket 2 min walk. Answers to every question I asked. Ease of movement to all of the great sites you want to see in Rome. I woke up to the sounds of birds which was very refreshing, no noisy alarms or traffic noises here.
