Fast and smooth self-check in in the late hours. The room was clean. The location is great, close to the Colosseum (20 minutes by foot) and the historical center of Rome in general. A metro station and bus stop are available in front of the building. There is a small grocery store nearby that works until midnight.

Seems like the booking.com account of the place has been hacked as we have been receiving lots of FAKE messages for months before our stay. These messages required entering details of the credit our cards and personal data. An advice for the people who plan to reserve with Roma Resort Colosseum - DON'T open any suspicions links that are send via the booking.com message system and directly contact the place.

The location is excellent. Right on top of the Subway station, and only a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. It is also very convenient to drive in and out of the location. It is just outside the ZTL. The rooms are spacious. We stayed in the two bedrooms suite, which were actually 3 bedrooms and had 3 bathrooms. There were 2 fridges to store cool drinks. The parking place next to the building was very convenient.

One of the bedrooms had large windows and thin curtains, so it was hard to cool as that airco unit did not run very well.

The property was perfect for us in Rome. The room was clean and equipped with good appliances. The room was spacious as well. The best part of this property was the location. It was centrally located with direct access to the metro to take you all around Rome. In addition to that it is just a 20 minute walk away to the colosseum which was great!

The air conditioning was not working well, and the door was not able to lock as well. This was a bit worrying as the front door of the hotel was also broken and unable to lock. The rooms architecture was a bit old but we had a great stay despite these small issues.

The rooms we had 2 rooms with 2 shower rooms. This was great as we were 4 sharing. It is serviced apartments, although nice not necessary. We cleaned up after using the kitchen (very basic). It was very well located, metro is in front of entrance but colosseum is a brisk walk away. We enjoyed our stay.

It is quite noisy, but closing the windows shut out most of the noise. The police sirens are immensely loud in Rome. A bit of an overkill I think. The sofa bed could be replaced. It had a distinct dip to the middle, but after long days walking, one can probably sleep on anything.

Rooms were spacious and clean, hotel itself was in a very good location walking distance to Colosseum and Metro station just outside the hotel.

The double bet in sleeping room was good, but sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The hotel booking system is hacked, for the last couple month I received daily at least one message "from hotel" via Booking asking to confirm my payments details. I also got same message on What'sApp from 3 different numbers. I did not use any link to do it, but I was concern if I had this booking. As we arrived, we paid cash not to take a risk of our credit cards being hacked.

The location of the apartment was perfect, 15 min walk to Tourist sites (Colosseum) etc. We had the two bedroom two bathroom apartment which was perfect, accommodated 4 ppl with privacy. As being in house cleaning myself the rooms were clean but some of the areas needed more attending to (under cabinets, corners, floors) Overall I would stay here again as the rest of the apartment and location out weighs the minor details

Not many restaurants near apartment needed to walk down more to the tourist area.

I stayed a week with my family, early July. Very convenient location to visit the historic locations of Rome. Walking distance to the Termini train station through the Vittorio Emanuele park. Located right by the Manzoni metro station and many tram and bus lines. Walking distance to the Colosseum, the Domus Aurea park and the Roman Forum. Classic vintage building of Rome. The room at the 3rd floor was an actual apartment, quite luminous and much larger than expected from the photos, with high ceiling and a very convenient kitchenette in a side room where we prepared breakfast and a few light meals. Quite clean with daily service. Air condition was not needed as high ceiling apartment was ok cool keeping the heat out. A bit of traffic noise only during the day was not a problem and the building was quite silent at evening and night. Good wifi. Coffee-breakfast, Carrefour express and salumerias and almost everything you needed was round the corner.

No complains. I would prefer a medium/larger size fridge than the two small ones, hotel room bar-type; but that was not a real problem.

It was reasonably priced for a stay in Rome. There was plenty of room for a family of four. It was walking distance to the Colosseum. The subway station was just out the front door. This made it very easy to visit other sites like the Vatican. We arrived early in the morning, so we were grateful they allowed us to store our luggage in their reception area.

When we first arrived, we did not know how to get into the building. There was a lockbox, but we had no code. Someone let us in and we walked around looking for reception. We finally saw a housekeeper that told us which door was for check in. It would be nice if there were clear instructions on how to get in and the door was clearly marked for reception. That being said, they had asked us for all our info, ahead of time. We had said that we do not feel comfortable sending passport and credit card info online. Maybe that is why we did not get instructions for check in?

Good location for one night between two flights - we were able to walk and see a lot of the historical centre of Rome, leaving our luggage at the reception, before heading back to the airport. Excellent communication before arrival (and we had many questions :) ) and clear instructions how to access the room in the middle of the night.

Not the hotel's fault, but we got fake communication about providing card details for payment again. Where the bug came from does not matter to us - just be careful when receiving such instructions and cross check with the hotel whether the communication is genuine (it might be related to city tax if you do check-in outside reception hours and then would be correct).

The location was good, walking distance to the Colosseum, around 12-13 min. Metro station right in front of the building, coffee shop across the street, supermarket 200m. Very nice people at the reception desk. We booked one apartment. The rooms were big, the bathroom clean.

The mattress from the living room was not comfortable and the apartament doesn’t look quite like in the photos. It gives you the impression of an old accommodation. I think this can be better, changing the furniture and the tiles.
