Paolo was very accommodating! We had a great stay! The location was VERY convenient to all of the forms of transportation including bus, subway, and tram. The Roma Termini was also very close, about a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute train ride. The room was cleaned daily and Paolo gave us many recommendations of good local restaurants, and also some in each area of the city. We especially liked Gelateria Fassi which is very close. There is also a laundromat 2 minutes down the street if needed. Snacks, coffee, and a room refrigerator were also provided!

The accommodation is very clean, the room was as in the pictures, large bright room with nice bathroom. In front of the rooms there is a small bar with snacks and coffee/tea for free use for all guests. Paolo and Chiara are very friendly and warm people, very helpful. Communication was flawless, Paolo responded promptly to requests. Check in and check out went very quickly and smoothly. The accommodation itself is centrally located yet quiet. The Colosseum, San Clemente and Santa Maria Maggiore, for example, are 10-15 minutes away on foot. The metro line A (Manzoni) is also around the corner and takes you directly to Termini Station (5 min) and the Vatican (15 min). Buses and tram also provide easy access to all the sights in the city. For us it was the perfect stay in Rome. Thank you Paolo, we will be back!

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at At Home Townhouse Filiberto. We appreciated: - Paolo's kindness and flexibility, he was very kind to us and willing to help us with anything we needed. We had very good communication both before and during the stay, he responds very promptly to messages. - Spacious room and bathroom with everything you need - Impeccable cleanliness - Attention to details - The possibility to check in at an hour much earlier than many other locations - Water, coffee and snacks included in the room price - Close to metro, supermarket, restaurants

We (2 adults and a 14yr) stayed at At Home Townhouse – Filiberto the nights of 10th and 11th June. We had a family room. Communication with Paolo (our host) was excellent and he was able to give us clear instructions of how to get to the accommodation. It’s two stops on the Metro from Central Station. When arriving, the accommodation is on the 3rd Floor, so use the lift. We were welcomed and given a tour. I like the tea and coffee area that is available 24 hours and free of charge. Snacks also available. Our room was a good size and all of us slept well. The air-conditioning is on all the time and so long as you DON’T open a window works well. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. Paolo gave us very good information; the Roman Forum and Colosseum are a short walk away; the Vatican is a Metro ride away. During our stay the Metro was closing early and so we used Taxis and were surprised how inexpensive they were. For us, it was a short stay in Rome and At Home Townhouse – Filiberto offered comfortable, clean accommodation with a very friendly welcome.

The property was clean and felt safe to stay in and was in a great location away from tourist crowds. The host was amazing and really friendly and gave us a long list of restaurant recommendations at check in which we definitely appreciated and we found some gems through it!! We had a great room with a balcony and free snacks and tea/coffee and would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to Rome. There’s a corner shop right next door which was really helpful and the staff in there were really lovely too.

Paolo was the most wonderful host! The building was beautiful as was the room. Super clean and comfortable. We were on the road side but it was very quiet, the common area was a great touch with snacks and coffees. Paolo gave us 2 fantastic recommendations for dinner, both were delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is very good, near Termini, metro, tram and buses. All in all a wonderful spot and a break to remember. GRAZIE Paolo

This was a perfect short stay in Rome. Super directions, communication, hospitality and advice from Paolo. Near to the station and easy walking distance to many attractions so it was ideal for us. The room itself was lovely, with a 4 poster comfortable bed, a double outlook and perfectly clean bathroom. The free refreshments included (coffee, biscuits, croissants, sweets, water) available in the communal area were a bonus. Paulo also arranged a taxi for us back to the airport and was happy to store our luggage after checkout. We wouldn't hesitate in returning or recommending it for friends and family. Thank you Paolo for your attention to detail.

Accommodation is conveniently located near train station, approximately 8 mins walk. Room is clean and neat. Staff Paulo is super helpful which alleviate the entire stay experience. He even helps us with our luggage and drop us at the train station, which is highly appreciated as I’m travelling with my son. Thank you very much. Would love up come back again on my next trip to Rome.

There are some steps on the accommodation which can be challenging for those with heavy luggages. However, this is common in Italy.

My room was bright and spacious, and Paolo was the most welcoming host, providing advice on where to go and eat around Rome. Paolo also messages you on WhatsApp pre-arrival to provide information on how to get to the townhouse from the two airports in Rome, which was very useful! The place is only a short walk to the Colosseum (about 10-15min) and the local metro station (about 2-3 min). There are also a number of bus routes nearby which made commuting quite easy. I was pleasantly surprised by the communal kitchen which had yummy Italian snacks, a coffee machine and other items. I would highly recommend staying here, thank you Paolo!

Definitely a home away from home!!! Felt taken care of even prior to arriving to the property; the AMAZING host Paolo ensure to arrange our check in to be as easy as possible and that clear instructions was provided. He greeted us with the warmest welcome. Truly appreciated all the recommendations for where to eat and what to do in town. The property itself was very clean and cozy. Very comfortable bed which is important after long days of walking!! The water filter truly makes a difference!! Like WOW!!! Paolo was 100% right, your skin and hair will thank you! ❤️ The location is situated in a quiet residential area. A short walk away from the Manzoni metro station, and just two stations away from Roma termini station. Also a short walk away from the Colosseum! It's important to note that our flight was delayed the morning of us leaving. Not only did Paolo help us cancel the private transfer he had ordered for us so last minute; he was able to find us a new ride in the middle of a transportation strike! Thank you so so so much!!! Look no further! I highly recommend staying with Paolo. There's so much care in everything he does and we truly appreciated his hospitality!!!
