The stay was very comfortable and host was very polite and patient.She has helped me to book a public taxi to the airport.I have stayed in this property for 4 days and the commute to Rome attractions are quite near.Recommendable for solo traveller's and families 😊

the location is just up the road from coliseum and Manzoni metro station is underneath the hotel, so getting around was very easy. The hotel is exceptionally clean and inviting, the room rather minimal but nice and clean, the only thing i disliked a bit was having to get out of the room to go to the bathroom, i knew this before i booked, it was my first experience and i don't think i would do it again. but overall my stay was very pleasant, i slept like a baby, communication was very easy and smooth

ok. you just have to carry the luggage to the second floor in the steps. because the elevator is on the 2nd floor. also, the check-in is so different from the hotel. if you arrive at the property at night itself, there are possibilities you stuck outside because you can not get in and too many Hassles to do all the checks in. good accommodation it just a little different than the hotel, which is NOT much of the difference price. I DO prefer a hotel accommodation rather than B & B .

The property is in an excellent location situated right next to one of the entrance/exits of the metro station - Manzoni. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Our room was functional and quiet adequate for our three night stay visiting Rome. Communication with Frederica, our host, was very good and made access to the apartment very easy and she was always ready to answer any questions etc.

I am not keen on remote access but communication was very good. Entrance to the shower was quite tight but then again the bathroom is not that large.

I quite loved the particular Parisian style and the “old Paris” ambiance. It was very well located, nice area and most importantly right at the metro station. The security aspect felt very reassuring, the place is also quiet and very relaxing. The hosts were utmost available and accommodating and the cleanliness of the place deserves to be mentioned. So happy I was able to find the best price for my room and experience it! Very grateful to the hosts and truly cannot wait to be back! ❤️❤️

The location is ideal, the Manzoni Metro stop is literally right outside the front door of the building. The room is enormous, it feels very opulent and the balcony is a nice touch. The shower is good, bed is pretty comfortable and the wifi is reliable. The lift up to the second floor is fantastic, a real step back in time which adds to the experience. Federica is a great host, very friendly and on hand when required, check-in was very straightforward.

No soap / bottle holder in the shower.

Absolutely awesome location and awesome staff that helped me during my stay. The bathroom and room looked like royalty! It is very close to the Colosseum (about a 15 minute walk!) and the Roman Forum! Lots of places to eat nearby on the way there and convince stores as well!

The lights in the property or the hallway leading into the room is usually dark or on a timer which makes it too dark to see sometimes.

The room was good and big for two persons, it was air-conditioned and we have a little refrigerator where we could keep our water cold. You could literally make the room dark (for people who loves to sleep until 11am 😄) It is directly in Manzoni Station and like 15-20Minutes walk to Colosseum.

It’s not that easy to find at first for our Taxi Driver (he was confused because the Building was between two Streets) , going into the room was kinda difficult at first but we made it!! And it was worth it 🤗

I had a wonderful experience at this Rome B&B. The location is unbeatable, just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum, surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores, and right by a metro station. Despite its compact size, my single room had a cozy charm and great ventilation and lighting. The staff was quick to respond and always helpful. The daily cleaning routine maintained a pristine environment

There is no many complaints I have. I'll say the most cumbersome part of my stay was having the bathroom in a separate room. Also, the shower was a bit on the small size, so there was not much room to move while showering.

Great communication. Right at the Manzoni metro and tram stops. Good sized room with a balcony. Considering it is on a busy intersection it seemed reasonably quiet once the windows and shutters were closed. There is one flight of stairs but then a lift. We really enjoyed our two nights here.

Could have better pillows. Be aware the door opening into the shower is small.
