Convenient stay not far from the train station- Manzoni. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast was decent & we liked the cappuccinos they made. The bed was comfortable and the room had mostly everything you would need for a short stay. Overall, it was a positive experience.

The wifi was extremely poor (terrace room)- basically not useable at times during the evening and mornings which makes using phones or laptops quite hard. Things took forever to load. It kept dropping out from our phones and that happened across our 4 day stay. The bathroom was a bit smelly (smelt like sewage) but after alerting reception, they seemed to fix the issue.

Used the room only to sleep over, not much time spent in it, Among the things I liked is the bed was nice and location quite good.

There was a strange smell from the toilet, and the breakfast could have been better

The hotel was on a side, quiet street, therefore really good for relaxation. It was a small hotel, more on the boutique side, but very well located, within walking distance (20 mins) of certain tourist attractions (Collosseum, 2 papal basilicas) or the Terrmini train station. The staff was really helpful and the room was great, with all necessary amenities. It opened on a small immer courtyard, with a tree and plants, which made it feel you hd your own small garden, to share with only a couple of other guests (there were only 3 rooms with access to this courtyard). Breakfast was good, even if minimalistic, with great coffee (it would have been a shame if not, we were in Italy after all).

I was booked in the room that should accommodate also people with disabilities and I am seriously wondering how somebody using a wheelchair could get to this room as the access was provided through a couple of inner stairs, one of them quite narrow. Not a problem for people with no mobility issues though.

The neighborhood is pretty safe, not far from the Metro station. The receptionist during check-in was super friendly and cute. Her English was excellent. We had a small talk, she answered all our questions, and helped with our luggage. The room on the second floor was really clean and nice. There was a kettle and a fridge. There were various shower gels, a wash hat, etc., in the bathroom.

Breakfast was basic with bread, ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cereal with yogurt. A woman didn’t offer us any coffee and was talking about her work with a woman from the reception, so after some time, I went to ask for two coffees. There were pastries, but unfortunately, the croissants weren’t fresh. Additionally, there were some eggs in an egg cooker, but they were still being cooked and not yet served. The hair dryer worked for 2 minutes before overheating and needed a 2-minute cooldown to use again.

I have stayed many hotels in Rome. This Hotel was a Gem! The room was comfortable. A bit smaller than expected. Exceptionally clean. We came on the hottest days ever of Rome. We walked from Roma Termini to the hotel. Which I do not recommend. Take the Metro to Manzoni, it is only 2 minutes walk. The walk was not bad but in the hottest midday heat, it made like walking through the dessert. Fortunately, the hotel was not too far from walking from Roma Termini. When we arrived at the hotel at the reception, Daniel greeted us with cold drinks as we were being checked-in. As he has seen us suffering from the heat. Daniel was very helpful and delightful. He gave us plenty of helpful hints which made our dining selections and sightseeing easy and enjoyable. Without him our stay would not be as memorable. He was fun and easy to talk to, made us feel welcome and feeling right at home. Hotel’s location is tucked away from any main road or traffic. It is on a quiet street. Taking the underground train to Manzoni, it became accessible to come from and to all tour hot spots. It is close to some area, still away from the busy tourist areas. We even walked to the coliseum within 15 minutes on our first day. The hotel is immaculate clean. Not wheel chair accessible. It has an elevator, we took the stairs mainly, watch out for the step out of the breakfast area. Breakfast area was stylish and welcoming. Breakfast is the typical continental with exceptional luncheon meat selections. There are bread, toasts, fruits, eggs, yogurts, juices, pastries, cereals and especially the made to order coffees! Our room was modern, well decorated. With private bathroom, nicely stocked mini bar, a safe, wardrobe, tv and desk. The air conditioner was quiet enough to let us rest from the long touring sessions of Rome. Unlike in some other big hotels where the air conditioner is loud which wakes you at night. I would recommend this hotel and stay again on my next trip to Rome.

The staff were fantastic, especially Francesca and Roxanne. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them and they always greeted you with a warm welcome and a smile. Our rooms had a little terrace (rooms 102 and 104) Our room 102 was a double and 104 was a single. The rooms were very small but adequate for the 3 nights we stayed there. They both had a little outside terrace with table and chairs, so we would sit out in the evening and enjoy a drink before we went out for dinner. We enjoyed watching the Parakeets and other birds in the trees. My Mum has mobility issues so there was a slight issue with a set of stairs down to reception, but a lift up to the breakfast room and then about half a dozen more steps to the breakfast room, but she managed ok. Both Francesca and Roxanne, would open the side gate when we wanted to go out, to prevent Mum walking down any steps. The breakfast was perfectly adequate to set you up for the day. Location wise, it was about a 5 min walk to the metro (Manzoni), about a 10 minute walk to some really good restaurants, and about the same to a good supermarket, that stocked everything you could want at a very good price. You could walk to the main train station and the Coliseum if you were fit enough. We would definitely stay here again.

Although the air conditioning in Mums room was good, ours wasn't very powerful so we did get a little warm. This wasn't a huge issue though.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff is great. All were helpfull and kind, still I would like to highlight Roxana. Not only she was absolutely professional, yet also very nice and friendly. Location is fine, you can reach many places by foot, metro station Manzoni is just around the corner and if you are tired after walking the whole day, you can jump on the train and be home quickly. There are grocery stores nearby.

The room is really small, yet having the terrace gave us extra space for having a nice time with Prosecco planning our daily itineraries. The minibar fridge did not work, but again the staff offered to cool our drinks in their fridge.

It would have been great if breakfast had more variety, but the options available were delicious. Regarding the location, the hotel is situated on a tranquil and quiet street, with the metro conveniently nearby, allowing us to move around easily.

The Wi-Fi in our room was unreliable, with no connection at all on the first day and very weak afterward. Additionally, our first-floor room received minimal sunlight. From what I observed, this might not be an issue in rooms on the second floor. If natural lighting is important to you, consider this when choosing your room.

Great location, only a short bus ride or metro to the main attractions. All the staff we met were very helpful & friendly. The room was the perfect size for me and my sons stay. Breakfast was good & the pastries were very tasty. We would definitely stay again.

The Sky tv wasn't working when we first arrived, but to be fair, we were so tired after all our sightseeing that we never tried it again during our stay.

First of all, amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nicely decorated, in a mix of modern with classical style. The location is not super far from the Coliseum, and very close to a Metro stop. Restaurants are also within walking distance. And it's on a very quiet street, so there is no noise coming from outside. The room was very nice, with a little terrace, and the breakfast was good as well, served in a nice spot.

The shower door was a bit strange, and didn't close properly, so after taking a shower the bathroom would be flooded a little. Also, the air conditioning behaved a bit strangely.
