We had a huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed. There were good connections to get around town and the air conditioning was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating

The hotel was a little bit far away from shops and attractions

The fact that everyday the room was cleaned, the bathroom was very fancy, also the room was nice, like a 3 star hotel, maybe even 4. It was a minibar in the room and that was great. Bed also very comfortable and the pilows. Nice staff service.

In the room there s old windows and it was Very noisy especially during the night, if you have problems with the sleep, it wasn t great for you. The second problem and maybe the most important was the air conditioner in the cold Days. We setted the air on 30 degrees and after a full day with the ventilation on, in the room was about 23 degrees. Also the floor was so cold that we needed to wear always the socks.

The speed of replies I got was very impressive. Each time I had a question, or I needed something, receptionists were really helpful. I had single room, bed was enough wide, comfortable pillow, cotton bed linen. Air conditioning worked very well, as well it was easy to control and turn off if needed. I was a bit concerned about noise reading some reviews, but I would say walls have really good soundproofing (one of best I stayed). Just noise comes through door, so you can hear people walking, going back... but they have 4separate buildings, so not so much traffic. Breakfast is better than simple italian (for Italy it is quite good). But don't expect much. Eggs, salami, some meat, cheese, also sweet options, some musli. For fruits - they kept stone hard kiwis for most days and apples. It was good that they started breakfast early (at 7am).

I think it's a good deal for the price. The shower doors could hold water better, cos now each time I showered, bathroom was flooded. I needed to use mostly blue metro line, so each time I needed to go to Termini to change. Maybe next time I would search closer to Termini.

The hotel was really clean and everything was new. The location was good for us that we needed to be near a conference venue. Near the hotel there are several bars and pizzeria. The room was spacious for two people and quiet. We didnt hear a noise during a week of stay.

There were a few things that could be better: 1. There are no plugs near the bed. It is only a USB which we couldnt charge even our phones. It was so slow! There was only one plug in the entire room for two people!!! This was really difficult for us 2. There are not any kettle or mugs inside the room. One evening, we asked if we can have a kettle. And the kettle that we received was SO dirty inside; full of black chuncky stains! I paid near 700 euro and this was the hospitality I received! I immidiately returned the kettle and told the reception that this was unacceptable! They didnt make it up to us though which is again unacceptable!

The hotel is located in a nice area, easily accessible, and in a short commute to all main attractions in the city. It is a very nice hotel, quite well maintained and better than some 4 star hotels in Rome I stayed in. It offers a nice breakfast.

The only disadvantage with this hotel is a the stairs. You need to climb the stairs with luggage and if you are not located in the central building (the hotel has 4 buildings), then you need to carry your luggage down the stairs and up the stairs of the other building.

I can't understand the negative comments on Google and TripAdvisor. Maybe I just got lucky with my room but I was perfect for the price I paid. The two gentlemen on reception were very friendly and helpful. I was in building 3 and my room was great with a very comfortable bed, a nice shower and clean bathroom. The bathroom was possibly a bit small but it was fine for me. I couldn't hear any outside noise or people talking in other rooms. Breakfast in the morning was very tasty, especially the cheese and pastries. I would definitely stay here again.

The only slight issue is the bathroom being a bit small but it was fine for me.

We were absolutely satisfied with our stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, while the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel consists of four buildings within the same premises, with a lovely courtyard in the center, furnished with tables for relaxation. Upon arrival, the staff guided us to the building where our room was located, making the whole process very smooth and convenient. Before arriving, we were concerned by some previous reviews claiming that the rooms were far away, but this turned out to be completely misleading, as all the buildings are within the same area. The staff was extremely polite and always willing to help. The cleanliness was impeccable, as our room was cleaned daily, and the towels were also changed every day. If we were to change anything, it would only be the location, as the area seemed a little unsafe to us. Overall, an excellent experience that we would definitely repeat! We highly recommend it.

Location

The Hotel has its own parking lot which is nice. They have balconies on the floors, a central cafe in the middle. 5 minutes walk to both Metro/Subway and Tram. Rooms are good and everything as in the photos.

The room they serve the breakfast felt like a dormitory lunch area. However, I am not dropping any points for this as this was Rome, go eat outside and perhaps it is my opinion alone. Also there was some sewage smell in our corridor one of the days but it went away a couple of minutes after we complained.

The location was wonderful, it`s near the Colosseum. Also near to the metro station and the Termini station. The room and cleaning service was great. The hotel have 4 small buildings inside their territory? and because of that it`s very quiet in the hotel rooms.

The breakfast was good and tasty, but there is a lack of options to choose from. And the food was not quite warm. And in the room you don`t have a water to drink and you don`t have a kettle and iron also.

Room was Exceptional with a very nice decor. very spacious and clean. The room had high ceiling and a 3 large windows, with two being for small terraces. Location for train travellers was adequate as it is 10-12 min walking from Roma Termini. View from our room was sightseeing, part of the ancient wall relating to porta maggiore. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly especially mr. Tamer.

Location is quite a walk from the attractions, about 25 min, but only 5-7 min to the nearest metro station (given that rome’s metro network is very small) slightly expensive, but not for the given value.
