Great location and excellent hosts. The apartment is located in a surprisingly vibrant area, full of restaurants, wine bars, and authentic local life. It’s also just a short walk from the Basilica of the Holy Cross in Jerusalem, which is worth discovering for its stunning architecture and remarkable Christian relics. Getting around is very easy. There are two nearby metro stations that connect directly to the central train station, making it convenient to explore both Rome and the surrounding areas. It was also very easy to get there by bus, like basically anywhere in Rome.

There isn't another word that describes our stay other than "exceptional". We made the reservation late, already being at the premises, but the owner came running when we called, made our room, and gave us all the info we asked for, whilst being very friendly. English is ok, but if you learn a few Italian words to smooth out the conversation, it won't hurt. Bed was comfy, bathroom clean, dogs friendly (yes, there were dogs, info important to some guests), chocolates in the room were a nice touch (and diligently tested and tasted by us 😊). The breakfast is an experience. Straight out the gate for the reader: it consists of a coupon to a local bakery for a piece of pastry and a coffee per person. If you expect full English, go to the UK. The thing is, that's what every local ordered at the place when we got there! You can experience an Italian breakfast firsthand! What more to want as a tourist than to experience the local culture like that? It was great.

There were the owners' dogs (both tiny). We love dogs and didn't mind them at all. This is more of an info for some of you who don't like dogs, maybe ask if the dogs are there every day. The black one wanted scratches, and the white one was cautious and didn't even come near us.

Our landlady was very welcoming, polite and discreet. The room was spacious, travel sustainable and very clean. The location was good, in a relatively quiet area but close to public transport. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was a great relief after the hot days of sightseeing in Rome.

There was a restricted selection of breakfast, only sweet pastries and donats, no choice of eggs or cheese and ham or fruit and yoghurt options unless we paid.

Room was spacious, bed comfy. Only thing missing was probably a fan for airflow? Besides that, the bathroom outside was clean and well kept. Host was very lovely and gave great tips on where to visit and helped us plan our days. Easy to get to from Rome Termini - a short walk after catching a tram. And close to bus stops to help start your day.

No fan in the room. And the breakfast was not what I expected - but that's on me!

Quiet area, clean, friendly

The room is in a building without an elevator. And the location of the house is very difficult, even the local people could not figure out how to find the house. The license plate is almost invisible. there are no instructions. Moreover, the facade of the building is being repaired and the door and entrance are not visible at all. I was looking for half an hour until I found the door, it turns out I passed by several times. Another of the minuses: noisy floor air conditioning, old doors with locks, no kettle. And administrators do not respond to messages through booking

The host's were super lovely and very helpful when i was asking them about things to do. It was close to the bus and not too long to the Metro. You could walk to some of the major attractions of Italy! It was convenient to get around and easy to find the place. Communication was constant and great.

- There was no breakfast in the B&B. We have received vouchers to near cafe in which we received only croissant with coffee. In the last day the cafe was closed, so we received nothing.

Location is in a quiet area with the 10min walk from the metro station. Great kitchen to use, clean units.

It can be improved, not that we did not like something. I.E. We booked the "Grey Grey" room and internet connection was bad. Breakfast includes one coffee and one croissant (just not to expect a full breakfast) on a remote location, in a amazing coffee place I have to admit.

Andrea and Annalisa are great hosts and the apartment is really in the heart of Rome. Just 2 metro stops away from Termini and 5-6 mins of walk to the Metro station. Location is nice and safe. Apartment is really nice.

Friendly host. Clean rooms. It had everything that we needed.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor and there were no lifts (not perfect if you have to carry a babystroller every day). Breakfast was in another building and you can only have one crossaint and coffee.
