We spent three truly unforgettable days at Gaia’s room, thanks to the warm and exceptionally personal care from Anna, our wonderful host. From the very first moment, Anna made us feel completely at home, even surprising us with a delicious, made-to-order breakfast every morning—catering to our gluten- and lactose-free needs with thoughtfulness that went far beyond our expectations. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully comfortable, and filled with that special sense of peace you only find in a well-loved family home. Gaia’s room is a gem for couples who want to experience the genuine warmth and hospitality of a real Roman family. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place to feel truly welcome and cared for.

Lovely host Anna was very helpful . Recommended where to eat. Good breakfast. The room had excellent air-conditioning which was needed in 37o heat. The property is a 1.5k walk from Roma Termini station and easy to find. Anna constantly kept in touch leading up to our arrival and sent a welcome message on the day of out arrival and then a 2nd message to say our room was ready for an early check in. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay.

The stay was lovely, we loved the breakfasts which were included. We were impressed with the variety and taste of the breakfasts. The food was amazing. Anna was very helpfull and kind. We will gladly return to this hotel. We would also like to note extremely clean room with all the facilities needed. We enjoyed the stay.

Anna did everything in her power to make us welcome. Her breakfasts were amazing. She let us leave our luggage for the whole day after we checked out because we had an evening flight. She also gave us some good recommendations of where to eat.

I had some trouble working out how to get hot water in the shower. It was on a very busy road although the double glazing stopped the noise.

The host is excelent and friendly, helpfull, location is not in a very nice area but 2 km from Coloseum is great at this price!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Gaia's B&B and we will def recommend this option to our friends going to Rome as well. The location is just right - near by Roma Termini where the train from airport arrives as well as many others trains, also the tram and bus stop is just in front of the house, so you can hop on that option for extra comfy travel from the main station. 5 minutes by foot you'll reach near by metro station, so you can really comfortably travel around the city. More over there's a famous gelateria on the way to the nearest station - Fassi, that's worth to more than one stop for sure! We visited it everyday, sometimes even twice as their gelato is absolutely delicious and for affordable prices too, 2.50 euro per medium size cup/cone! You'll be staying with the host and her family in their flat, but you won't be robbed of the sense of privacy for sure. The room itself has a small hall, beautiful bright bathroom and the main room is equiped with comfy bed, little fridge, safe and air condition with a view to the street. The street itself is kindy busy, but it wasn't bothering us much since we're used to sound of city's traffic. Everything was perfectly clean, I dare to say even more than in some hotels and we were even provided with fresh towels after few days, which we highly appreciated. The absolute highlight of the stay is the host herself and her incredible breakfasts! Every morning she prepared for us one of homemade italian specialities as well as she provided us with some fruits&yogurt and delicious dolci sweets. Anna was also really helpful regarding tips for dinners and even made a reservation for us. We truly had the best time thanks to her hospitality. So far our best experience via Booking!

I wished I could have stayed longer but my flight was early in the day. Next time I will base my trip out of Porta Maggiore and be staying at Gaia B&B for sure

Breakfast was just great! Fresh and homemade by the owner with very good pastries. Apartment has everything you need. Very comfortable beds! The owner Anna is very helpful and caring, helping to have the best time in Rome!

Lovely host. Super breakfast. Location very convenient for Roma Termini station but still within comfortable walking distance of the sights. Plenty of public transport options. Some great eating places nearby. Felt like the real Rome, not a tourist trap.
