Hotel is amazing for the price, not luxury but great! Room was clean and comfortable, towels are changed every day. Everything that is noted to exist in room was there, we also had mini fridge and kettle. Hotel is near metro and bus stations. Staff was very nice, they helped us with public transportation and map. Definitely would recommend this hotel! Just one little detail that I have noticed, you shoud fix window in room 338.

The location was amazing, near to train station and also walking distance to explore the whole city. Staff was really good, they let us keep our things there until our check in time. Also, the room was super clean and big. The bathroom was clean and new, they follow all the perfect standards of cleanliness in the whole property. We requested for the balcony room and they were so nice to follow up our request and assigned that room, we were super happy about the detail and we appreciated so so much. The lighting of the room was so romantic and also the art paintings inside it. 2 cabinets and blankets were provided. Really good experience.

They only problem was the wifi, sometimes it was disconnecting but after couple minutes it connected again. Also the pool and spa were in maintenance, but for sure next time will be available.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Center 3. Everything was great, especially the location, which made it easy to explore Rome. Our room was spacious, well furnished, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating — they even let us leave our luggage in a staff room after checkout, which was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

The only minor issue was a broken electric kettle in the room, but it didn’t cause any inconvenience.

The location was near the bus station, there were several convenience stores and good restaurants near by. The room was clean and big enough for two people.

The fact that on the website it's said that the hotel has a pool which was the main reason we booked it in the first place. At the moment we tried to use the pool, they told us it was a sauna and spa and you had to pay €60 per 2 hours and you had to make a reservation first. That truly was a disappointment.

The location of the hotel is great and not far from the Termini station. The area felt safe and there were restaurants and shops around. There is a tram stop nearby while the nearest metro station is 10 minutes away. The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.

There was a lovely view as we were on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking trees. The staff on reception was fantastic, really friendly and welcoming. Towels were provided but there was no soap. Breakfast was nice, consisting of some ham and cheese, sweet pastries, juice and coffee. 20 minutes walk from the Termini.

Nothing. It's a cheap hotel so you get what you pay for but it was perfect for us for the night and is the second time we have stayed here this year. Pillows were a little firm and low but that's all I can think of.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful when we asked for suggestions to eat. She took her time to explain where the best area was to get value/quality for money. Tram stop around the corner and about a 15 minute walk to Termini station. Clean towels and beds made every day.

The room was slightly dated, but for our purposes it was fine!

Arrived with little expectation due to the cheap price. But plesantly the hotel had very friendly staff and facilities were fantastic. I couldn't fault a thing with, and the view we had from the balcony in the morning was nice and green. They provided a nice breakfast for €5 pp ehich for what you get is good. Great location, just outside the centre of Rome but a 25 min walk to the colosseum and 15 mins from the train station at a slow paced walk. Exceptional stay and would definitely book again when we come back to rome!

If I had to pick one thing and this is me being VERY picky, the pillows were a little flat, and one spare. I have no doubt if we would have asked the staff they would have provided another, but because we only stayed one night, we didn't bother. The only downside was the other guests shouting at 3am woke us up, but this was nothing to do with the hotel itself.

For me, this place was exactly what I needed: a comfy accomodation, close to public transport and with helpful staff. The price is the best that you can find in Rome if you are looking for a hotel. I really want to thank the staff, especially Kholi (she was sooo sweet), because they were very kind, helpful and made me feel safe during my stay. Great team! 🤗
