It was clean, pretty close to Termini. Staff was great and friendly, there's a pin to enter the building with rooms so we could come and go as we wish and didn't need to leave the room card at reception when exiting. After checkout, we could leave our luggage at the reception for free until our flight and use the bathroom before leaving. Our room window looked right at the Tempio di Minerva Medica. There's a hairdryer in the room and outlets by the bed.

The room is a bit small, especially the bathroom. It's noisy because of the trains since it's right by the Termini station.

Breakfast was very good, real continental breakfast, with fresh fruits. Clean towels every morning. We had our own backyard balcony.The stuff was friendly and helpful. Good price-quality ratio.

The personnel was extremely nice and helpful. We received a map at the check in which was really helpful and some tips, e.g. re the transportation. The hotel is situated 10 min walk away from Manzoni metro and bus station. Also, before check in the contact with the hotel was great and I received answers to all my questions (i.e. there is a hairdryer in the room) and requests. The room was clean and nice. There was a balcony in the room thanks to which our stay was even better. We enjoyed breakfast (the cost is 7€). There were more sweet options at breakfast, but everything was tasty. The breakfast price also includes coffee and other drinks (fresh juices, water). There are some restaurants near the hotel and convenience stores. The Wi-Fi was working without any problems. Overall, our stay was great and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The door is leaky and the walls are thin so you can hear noises from the corridor and from the other rooms. It was not such a big deal for us but I believe that for some people it can be bothersome. There was some dust under the bed and the shower was not cleaned thoroughly. There were traces of mold in the bathroom but I think it’s quite normal for this standard of the hotel (and it was not noticeable at the first sight). The towels were changed every day for the first two days. During the rest of our stay they were not changed until we asked for it at the reception desk. Also, there was no place to hang towels in the bathroom. This is a small thing but would make life easier for guests.

Location is convenient to Roma Termini Stazione. The cleanliness, decent view (out window), appealing decor, easy access yet very secure, friendly staff, baggage storage, quiet, etc., were all very pleasing.

The space is super tight every where except the bed which we found very comfortable. The TV was a tad small as well, though we didn't spend much time in our room since it was ROME! ;-)

Nice clean room. Some reviews say the shower is too small but we thought it was fine! Good location close to train station (20 min walk with luggage). Staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was tasty and in beautiful courtyard! Very good value for 2 nights in Rome!

Was dark in the room as the window was slatted so had blackout effect. No natural light unless window was open but then couldn’t have air con on. Very minor issue though was still a lovely place to stay!!!

The hotel is ideally located 7 minutes from Termini Central Station and the Manzoni Metro, but at the same time it is close to the railway and autoroad. Therefore, if your room's windows don't face to a nice courtyard, the noise of the roads will be heard from morning until late at night. The staff is very attentive, pleasant, always ready to help. The breakfast is decent, its main attraction is the same wonderful typical Roman courtyard.

Great service, smiled and willing to help administrators, tasty breakfast with eggs, ham, cheese, croissants, pies, juices, coffee tea, etc. for only 5€. Nice and quiet inner garden view. The room we ordered was pretty small but with a balcony, so at evening we could enjoy that quiet inner gurden with some trees and flowers. The bed was very comfortable, sheets were clean.

Everything was super close to a bus stop, you’re able to take the 51 right by the colosseum for as little as 1.50 euro. The staff were absolutely exceptional and super helpful as well, available 24 hours. Breakfast every morning there was about 5 euro with coffee and any kind of cold drink you wanted. Honestly a little gem that we found there. Highly recommend this place.

La habitación estaba limpia y el hotel está ubicado cerca de Roma Termini.

El hotel no tenía elevador y nuestra habitación estaba en el tercer piso. Fue un poco difícil comunicarse con los trabajadores del hotel porque no hablan inglés o italiano muy claramente.

Near the Colosseum. Great price. There is a balcony, breakfast, daily cleaning. Quiet area and friendly staff.
