The flat was impeccably clean. The host is one of those rare people you immediately feel friends with. They were kind enough to facilitate our early check in, which made things so much easier for us. The location is excellent - close to Termini, within walking distance from tram and metro stations, with nice restaurants nearby, where you may grab a panino with cappuccino for breakfast - what more could one ask for?

Bit dated.

Very clean and there is a room to cook and dine. Supermarket just 2 mins walk. Although situated in a main road next to a restaurant and cafe, the unit is at the back with a courtyard, it is very quiet all day

Although there is a well-equipped kitchen, the gas stove and oven are taped. Really want to cook as there are fresh seafood in the supermarket next door

-close to the center, termini, bus stop and metro -the owner (Raisa) is so kind and helpful, she explained almost everything about Rome as soon as we get there. -the room is clean and useful. -free coffee and croissants 👏

Sounds from next rooms, we felt like the other guests are in our room. They should fix that problem.

Location was great. 15 mins walk from Roma Termini Train station and around 10 mins to Manzoni Tram station. Elevator was working well but very narrow. We travelled with a toddler and needed to bring her stroller. Understandably, this bed and breakfast is allocated at the 5th floor of an old condominium. So the elevator is outdated. Nevertheless, everything was okay. The owners were really nice and hospitable. Tito even helped us to carry the stroller (folded) and our bag in to the elevator. Tita Precy was a very sweet lady. She keeps on offering more croissants or toasts to us. 😊 Nothing to dislike.😊 If you are looking for a place to stay in Rome with basic necessities and a simple breakfast, have a look at this bed and breakfast. We felt at home during our stay. We are proud of this Filipino couple owner. ❤🇵🇭

The property is very clean and well taken care of. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The location was quite good, less than 10 minutes from a Metro stop. What we appreciated the most was how helpful and friendly the owner was, this is mainly why we are giving this high rating.

Probably one of my best stays in europe and particularly in Italy for that range of price. Staff was very kind, helpful and humble. The room was very clean with all equipments. no noise from the streets since the window is toward the garden. very close to the metro and Roma Termini. and I need to mention while the breakfast was not on the list of benefits I had access to the coffee and light breakfast and also the kitchen tools. I would surely remember this hotel for later when I visit Rome.

The room has everything you need for a short trip. The hosts were very kind, uncomplicated and also gave advices for sightseeing in Rome. The house is located close to the main train station and a short walk away from the Colosseum. Nice restaurants and a supermarket are also very close by. We would definitely come again!

The room has a comfortable bed, even though the room itself is kinda small. For the price, it is very good. Also very good located, with 2 amazing restaurants within 1 min walking. The host, Nestor, was a very pleasant person!

The old elevator scared me…

The room was excellent, very clean and plenty of space for us and our infant son. The owner and his daughter were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was was great, and I loved how they accommodated us. The location was 10min walking from the train station, but you could walk to the center of Rome in 30min, or take the metro 5-10min walk or a taxi 5min walk.

We had some water heating/pressure issues, but they took care of it.
