We went 4 hours before check-in time in the hopes that we could leave our luggage in the hotel so we can roam around, they allowed us to check into our room early which is a big convenience for us. Staff were very friendly and we always came back to a clean room after a long day of exploring Rome. Reception will ask you to leave the room key with them because Rome is a tad bit known for pickpocketing. We felt a bit uncomfortable leaving the key at first, but felt like it made sense for both parties. Anywho we liked the staff and felt like we could trust them with our valuables. Checked out early but left our luggages in the hotel because we developed a high level of trust with them already.

None. Just set expectations on how far you will be walking (or take an Uber if you prefer not to walk)

Big room and bathroom. Good amenities: coffee/tea in room, a/c, big towels, slippers, refrigerator, safe. Clean and room was quiet. Couple who owns the property and mostly at reception are sweet. Great supermarket and famous Gelato place across the street. Nice bar/cafes steps away.

Elevator was out of order for our stay except it could be used for luggage. It’s a bit of a hike with luggage to train station. Area close to station is a bit seedy and dirty depending what street you take. Avoid walking on street next to terminal- bad pavement. Walk up to Napoleon buonoparte then left direct to hotel.

Excellent friendly staff. Located an easy walk from Metro underground & also a very nice park with a friendly bar and live music every night. Most days we walked around 20'000 steps but did use the underground a few times which was amazingly cheap & reliable. Spent 5 days in Rome and filled every day with something new. We were told that eating out was expensive however, we found that not to be the case. not one bad meal experience and all very reasonably priced with excellent friendly staff.

That we were only there for 5 days! Could have easily filled 2 weeks. Would definitely go back again & have already recommended Rome to many friends & family. I have been learning Italian for some time but almost everyone we came across spoke perfect English.

The hotel was wonderful to come back to at the end of the day in Roma. It was clean.. quiet.. and a great space. I was in the room with the terrace and it was lovely having nature just outside. Like coming home. The family that run the hotel were fabulous and always there for anything you may need. Their team made the room clean and fresh everyday. It was always nice to come back to. The area is easy to walk to many popular sights and close to the train station and trams. There are many eating places around the hotel to enjoy the food and coffees. I would stay here again when next in Roma.

Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Plenty of room in the bathroom and the hot water was ready all hours. Water pressure was good. Had no issues with the hotel wi-fi connection. There is always someone at the front desk.

Could have been clear that the price that I booked at did not include breakfast, but that was not a deal breaker for me as there are plenty of options available near by.

The staff was very friendly. Very close to Termini train stain. In the chinatown (Esquilino) neighborhood, and had no issues. Staff came and cleaned the room and restocked items every day. Walkable distance to the city center.

Overall, average price, nothing to complain about. A/C worked well enough.

The room was large, newly painted and newly furnished, had a balcony and a well functioning AC. Italian breakfast served between 7am and 10am. Extra plus for the owners and their staff. We felt very welcome and taken care of in all ways. The location is fine, near two Metro-stations and with a tram- and bus-stop right outside. Plenty of good restaurants in the blocks surrounding the hotel and a lot of Romes major sights within easy reach. Termini station is also just 10 minutes walk away, or one station on the Metro, which is great when you arrive from the airport and when you leave.

No major drawbacks to report. If you look for a fancy, expensive top of the line hotel, look elsewhere. If you want a well maintained, cozy and quiet place, this is it.

Family owned hotel, staff was so helpful and being on our honeymoon we had a wonderful welcome treat in the room!

Location is very “eclectic”. It’s not in the best part of town for walk ability and safety, we felt like. Close to train station and a good coffee spot, but wouldn’t stay in the area again.

great location, walking distance from main train station and metro. Staff were really friendly and helpful, fridge in the room with complimentary water. We didn't have breakfast, but there is a lovely coffee shop next door. we left our bags there for the day after check out, which was really useful
