Localization and price were the best. Very close about 10minutes to Termini station, markets, park Coloseo, Basilic San Lorenzo. Staff were friendly, bed was comfortbale, hotel and our room were clean, fridge inside and air conditioner were new and worked good. At the reception were tea and sugar for free.

Hotel did not have an iron and reception is working too shortly. City tax was higher than we expected but it is not their fault I guess. Outside the hotel looked not so safety (homeless people) and the view is not nice but it was known before. Walls & doors in the hotel are thin so you need to be quite :) SmartTv could be inside the room to watch something not italian at the night :)

Rooms in a building located close to the metro station - 1 stop from Termini main station. The service was very nice, efficient and communicative. Possibility of earlier accommodation by prior arrangement. Possibility to pay for rooms both by card and cash. Rooms OK, with minor differences compared to the description on Booking, but it was not a problem - not all rooms have refrigerators. Daily cleaning of rooms and replenishment of cleaning products. Possibility to leave luggage on the day of departure. Nearby (approx. 200 m from the hotel) is a large supermarket with good supplies.

The property was extremely clean and smelt lovely and fresh. Clean linen on the beds and the staff came in each day to clean/tidy our room which we loved. It had everything you could need for a city break and is what would be expected from a city apartment. The location in terms of closeness to everything was spot on and the main train station was very close by which was perfect for us. Don’t get conned by booking a taxi as you can easily travel by bus to the termini station then walk. In terms of walking around you could get to most things on foot but if you didn’t want to there was a tram stop just a few minutes away. We didn’t really interact much with the staff as they weren’t there much and we spent most of our time out apart from bedtime. We felt quite safe. The location felt a little tiny bit sketchy if you walked down the road a lot but I think that is to be expected for the area.the road the hotel was on was perfectly fine and next door to a lovely Indian restaurant but if you starting walking too far it felt a little dodgy as lots of people Loitering around… not a problem though as you can quite cheaply book an Uber to where you want and don’t have to wait long. An Uber to Trevi Fountain/Spanish steps cost About £7-£16. We did this only in the evening so we didn’t feel unsafe. Only small problem was the room was sooooo cold at night but this was a blessing in the day when it was boiling outside!

It was overall pretty good. Location is pretty accessible to train stations and nearby attractions. Though the heater was not working in the room, but we didn’t used the acu as well because there was no remote as well. The room and linens were clean. Will definitely book again once we go back in Rome.

Perfect rooms for a city break. Nice and close to Termini station. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby.

There wasn’t anything not to like!

Good location, the owner was very kind, friendly and flexible with the hours. He let us leave our luggages for some hours after the check out.

It was next to the Termini Station and the bed was comfy.

The price and the location were great it really worth it.
