The location was one of the best part of the hotel 👌🏽we were walking throughout all the city from the hotel to the Vatican and around. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and nobody was bothering us from the staff.

We couldn't find the AC remote, neither the receptionist so we had to open the window to don't be hot overnight as we won't be able to sleep but because it's on the busy road the sound of the Trolleybus and cars woke us up many times as it felt like it was passing through the room. Other than that was all good. The toilet sink was needing to be open as the water was staying in it and when you press behind for it to go the pipe was leaking.

Nice cozy room in a great location near to the train station and a short walk from Rome's Historical sites. Friendly staff on entry who made us feel welcome. The bed was really comfortable!

Extractor fan in the bathroom could be on a timer instead of running all night, the noise of it did wake me a few times but it wasn't a huge issue.

Small family hotel in the heart of Rome. The room was standard, not much to say, everything worked well and it was clean. (Normally in this category of hotel you don't have a safe and mini-fridge but here you have it).

Excellent attention, the owners even gave us recommendations about places to visit and gave us a map of the city. Also they have free coffee and tea! Very clean rooms and lobby.

The owner of the hotel is really helpful, always smiling and he is a very nice person. Brought us ice cream as compliment. The room was clean and the location is good with great accessibility to everything

The staff is so kind and caring, we are very happy that we chose Hotel Moscatello. The location is good, it is about 10-12 minutes walking distance from St. Maria Maggiore piazza. The same distance from Termini station. Very close is a metro station Vittorio Emanuele and tram station. The room was small, but comfortable. We had a hairdryer, towels, toiletries and water available in the room. There is a free coffee machine in the hallway for the guests. We also had a chocolate egg as a present for our child for Easter. Thank you for the great time!!!

It is a little bit noisier than we expected, because of the boulevard in front the hotel (on Via Principe Eugenio)

It was on a good location, the staff was nice and friendly (even tho the English was a bit of a struggle most of the time), the rooms were okay and clean.

Good location in a walk distance from Roma Termini, helpful personal. We arrived late, they came in about 5 minutes and we checked in. There was free water with and without gas, coffee.

Not so clean angles in the bathroom, but bearable. reception works until 15h or 16h, so you can not leave baggage there after check out. On the advice of the lady on the reception, we left bags next to railway station Roma Termini 10 min walk from hotel.

-Perfect stuff, there was an old man (I guess name was Paulo) and a young lady Adriana. They were both very kind and welcoming. They were also very family friendly (gave a gift for my kids). - Comunication was very good. Adriana is very reaponsive to mails and messages. - Hotel location was just great. Walking distance to many places. - Price was really good, especially for such a central place.

- There were not many things that I did not like but I think at least a water boiler with some tea or 7/24 coffee would be good. There was a coffee machine out of the room but most of the time there was bo coffee capsules.

I liked the staff, they were friendly; they didn't speak english, but we understood each other easy. Also, they cleaned the room daily and made the refill with water - this was very usefull. The area where the hotel is located has a lot of cosy restaurants and coffee shops, with good food and decent prices. Try Vincenzo Sandwich from Radici, it is delicious.

We didn't have a view or enough light in the room, because the facade of the building was under restauration. It wasn't a big problem, because most of the day we were out.
