Quick check-in, 3 minutes, at the reception they helped solve the problem with the phone, I liked that there were no problems, check in and live)), the room was adequate, clean, they cleaned every day. There is one stop from Termini, there is a transition from one metro line to another, without going upstairs, with one ticket, so there are no problems in any part of the city, in general, the location is also good, I went to the distant outskirts, generally out of town to the place of execution Apostle Paul by metro without transfers. In short, I liked everything.

I lacked a refrigerator, warm drinks are not nice if hotness, and for snacks, sandwiches, etc., a refrigerator is needed.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had a comfortable stay.

Definitely the location of the hotel is the best point. It is located 400m from the Vittorio Emanuele II Square, where you have the Vittorio Emanuele Metro station. It is a Line A station, so in the same line you can stop at Termini (Leonardo Express Train to the Fiumicino airport), Barberini (Trevi Fountain), Spagna (Spanish Steps) and Octaviano (Vatican). You are always 20-30 minutes from any of these. And you can transfer at Termini to line B and reach Colosseum area also easily. The hotel itself is a small one and the rooms are simple. My room had a single bed, a TV, A small desk and wood cabinet and a bathroom. There was air conditioning but I didn´t use and the internet was included and it worked well. The bathroom was Ok and the shower was hot and had plenty of water. Very good after a day of walking! There are vending machines on the hall (only accept coins). The staff was very good, friendly and helpful! Anything you needed they were ready to help. The region where the hotel is located is not touristic. It is close to the Termini train station and there are not touristic attractions close. Had no problem walking in the area. There are some good restaurants nearby and a supermarket in the same street very close to the hotel. In a summary, it is a hotel for those who want a base close to the Metro, to spend the day walking in Rome and have a place for a nice shower and a nice bed to sleep. I had this mindset when I booked and was not disappointed! The cost-benefit is a killer!

Everything was Amazing... The Location is Perfect, 15mins walking from Termini Central Station and You can go to it by nearest Metro which is 3 mins walking from the property as well you can use the same Metro to go to all sightseeing places & come back to the Hotel at night with safe distance from the Metro to the Property. The Rooms are Big, Comfortable beds, Hot water for showers, So Clean & Quite... The Staff were so welcoming and Kind, Helped us to do our tour and Gave us City Map. We had to add one more night for my partner due to Flight Cancellation and they let him stay in the same room (Double Room), with a price of a single room. Recommended for All and Will definitely repeat this pleasant experience.

Very clean, and comfortable,staff are amicable,Had a grt rapport and good stay,very satisfied with my multiple bookings ..it almost seemed like home far away from home..very helpful with directions too.

I had my mother in wheelchair,although we used the shared lift but it was bit cumbersome with Luggage,wheelchair ...would hv loved if u had some breakfast arrangements...rest all was good

Didn't realize that the room would be cleaned when we were out, it was nice but I would have chosen to not have it done . Just a preference.

The staff and rooms were nice.

There were no elevators to get you to the second floor where the office is. No elevators to get up to your room except for some back secret ones and when we tried to take them down, we got trapped in an area that you couldn’t exit. There needs to be more signs with directions on where to go to check in and what staircases or elevators to use.

Very nice and cozy hotel near the Roma Termini station. Metro station just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Our flight was very early in the morning and they help us to order mini van to the Airport. It was cheaper than order some Uber.

There is no elevator. If you are travelling with heavy luggage please be aware that reception and rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
