Valerio was incredibly friendly and helpful. Texted me in the evening of arrival to make sure everything is alright, gave a very good recommendation for a late dinner which turned out to be a fantastic choice. He promptly answered all my questions. The house-keeper, Mariano, was also very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on his face. Great location. Main attractions are within walking distance (e.g. the Colosseum is only 15-min away from Nero), and for those who prefer the metro, there's a stop just 2 minutes away. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to stay.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful, Lucia helped us book a taxi for our ongoing travel and made us a coffee. Brilliant cooking facilities if you are on a budget, with all utensils etc needed. Location was only a 5 minute or so walk to some main attractions.

Air con unit was very loud and slightly disruptive at night. Everything else was brilliant and what we needed.

The self check-in procedure went very smoothly with the instructions sent to me. The room is located 40 m. from the entrance of the metro station (line A) which is very comfortable. The room is large and quiet and it was cleaned daily. Even though the area around the house may seem a bit sketchy, in fact it is quite safe. The piazza in front of the house is wonderful and it has some decent cafes and bistros at the other side of it. Breakfast was served in the room at the time asked and was a good value for money.

Not too far from Termini station and right next to Victoria Emmanuel station. Big room. Great communication from Valerie and housekeeping staff.

We turned the air conditioner on and left the room. When we returned there was black stuff all over the floor and air conditioner I found a dustpan and cleaned it up and turned off air conditioner. Cleaners cleaned the rest the next day. Water pressure in shower was hit and miss but ok for the most part.

The location was good- a 15min walk from Roma Centrale. Although the closest metro station (just around the corner)was closed necessitating a walk 500m to the next one, this wasn't a problem for us. Security was great & instructions for accessing the apartment were exceptionally good. We didn't meet the owner but he was easy to contact on WhatsApp. The apartment overlooks an internal courtyard which is nice.

It would be nice if the plug in the bathroom sink kept the water in (although this is a very common issue we have found)

Loved having access to coffee making facilities and fridge. Bed nice and big and comfortable, Shower hot and powerful. Friendly helpful host. Quiet at night.

Termini is close by, and we were well situated for buses. However the closer to termini you go, the more dismal the surroundings, many homeless immigrants and rubbish strewn everywhere. Hardly the fault of the B and B, and fortunately it was also within walking distance to much more pleasant sights.

1.Location is fantastic. 2 min walk from metro station (line A). Breakfast and lunch places are just under 1 min walk. 2. Even though the build is old the locks are upgraded with new Technology and can be open by mobile app which is very convenient. 3. Manage and the stuff's behavior and treatment was very good.

The owners were very very friendly. Even though outside it might have been not as safe of area, we felt very safe inside - to enter the location there were three locks. I love the location so easy to get to train stations or metro.

The microwave was just stopped working the day before and that was frustrating but I am sure they will fix it. soon

We had a fantastic experience at B&B during our family trip to Rome. The accommodations were lovely and perfect for our needs. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Help your self coffee and tea provided each morning and offered a great start to our busy days exploring the city. Host was very quick to answer all our questions, will definitely come back and stay here.

Shower gets cold unless warmed up constantly, we managed to make it work.

Great location for the Colosseum, very close to Termini station (where we arrived to and transferred from), provided a clean room service every day and the beds were comfy. Air con was easy to self control and very effective in scorching heat.

Shower doesn’t work as intended (just turn it on to see, the water doesn’t come out through the holes). However it’s still usable. Some of the towels have small holes in although again very usable and for the budget worth it
