the host was exceptional. Has a croissant menu for breakfast,, but went out of his way to meet my dietary requirements. Very knowledgeableand helpful in regards to local sightseeing and transport. I found the location to be perfect. with the easy to use train system with in minutes away & in a cheaper area souvenirs, food etc cost less. Quiet room/location never felt unsafe.

if I had to pick an issue, and only to assist others and help host to raise the bar. The free fruit could have been fresher and the shower is a little tight ie you wouldn't want to be any larger than Aus size 16 to get into the shower.

Our stay was amazing! Antonio was really attentive and as soon as we arrived, he explained all the key spots to visit in Rome and even showed us an app that he created that contains all his recommendations. We booked a smaller room, but it was clean and good for our short stay. The location is convenient and you can reach any monument easily either on foot or by public transport. We really enjoyed the breakfast croissants too! We will for sure be back :)

Antonio was a great host, gave us sightseeing and travel tips when we arrived and provided us with free croissants for breakfast which was above and beyond what we expected when we booked our stay here. The place is in a great location and never too far from any attractions in Rome. All amenities were also provided and rooms were cleaned daily.

If you are not used to trams/trains then it is possible to hear them in the room we were staying in. However, the sound is reduced as far as practically possible and it's basically a non-problem if you are used to them or you are out exploring Rome all day like we were!

Our host was friendly and went out of his way to provide complimentary breakfast croissants each morning! He also allowed us to leave our bags temporarily as we roamed around rome waiting for our train which was much later in the day. Location was also close to the train station and we could walk to most major attractions! There is also an elevator which helped w our luggages. The kitchenette was also a huge bonus! Would recommend for short stays!

I don't usually leave comments on places I stay, but here is an exception. The reason is its cost-effectiveness and the thoughtful and organized host. He even provided a converter plugged in for electronic devices. The location was excellent, in a nice neighborhood just a 5-minute walk to the terminal. From there, you can take a train, including a direct express train to the airport for 17 euros. The room was clean and everything was super organized.

The host Antonio was extremely kind. The day we arrived he was there to receive us and to give us some tips about Rome. We were positively surprised with the fact that, although the booking didn't include breakfast, we had several free choices in the morning to eat in the property. The room was small, but with a private bathroom and air-conditioning. Perfect to see the city, since you don't want to spend much time in the room.

The room wasn't extremely clean. The door to the elevator was locked many times, so it was useless. The building was a bit loud, so in the night it could get a bit noisy.

Rhome86 has an excellent position for visiting Rome by foot. Only 10 minutes to walk from Roma Termini station, in a safe area. Antonio was indeed very supportive, from the very beginning, we had a lot of messages, before arriving in Rome. The check-in was easy, The owner, Antonio, is a great host indeed, very friendly and warm. He provided us a lot of useful information about food, monuments, historical sites, buses, food. Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, Colosseum, Roman Forums, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, all available by walking not more than 30 minutes or even less. Easy to check the distances with Google Maps, but we used the map that Antonio gave to us. The breakfast was not included, but Antonio, our host, offered each morning a croissant. Coffee, milk, honey, butter, cereals, sweets were free for us, so above expectations. We could choose the type of croissant every morning. Everything is very clean. So all in all, we highly recommended Rhome86, of course for those who likes this type of accommodation, where friendly, personal contacts are possible and desired.

Everything was as described in the property presentation, so no reasons to be unsatisfied. Antonio gave us all the details shortly after the reservation, presenting the room and even asking if we do not want another one, bigger, but knowing what our expectations are, we said no, it is ok, and it was.

Very well located nearby Termini station. Bed is quite Comfortable, room was clean. Nice plants on a small balcony. Small but comfortable room. Recycling is great. Kitchen is small but good for breakfast. Host was very helpful and kind. Great to be able to live luggage and pick it up at any time on checkout day.

Tram in the street downstairs makes a lot of things vibrate in the room. Room was a bit dark. I’m very much in favour of recycling but in the bathrooms one should be able to have non-recycling garbage bins as having to go outside for those every time is really inconvenient

Best possible location for the price. 10 min from Termini, 1 min from the metro Vittorio Emmanuele. Clean and safe place. Antonio is the best host I've ever met. Fully equipped common kitchenette, free coffee and cornetto in the morning. You can leave your luggage after checkout.

Bathroom is really tiny, just mind it.

Our host was very helpful and friendly, providing information about the area including attractions and restaurants. Light breakfast was included and several beverage amenities were available if desired.

The room we had was quite small, which our host admitted at booking and offered to provide an upgrade to a larger room if one became available.
