Loved that Anton took the time to meet us for check in and the entire communication process was amazing. We stayed 4 nights with Anton before having to move as he did not have vacancy when we extended our stay in Rome and we were extremely lucky our stay in Rome started with him as our next place was very problematic for communication. The place is very close to Termini station and super convenient. The area is safe and although a bit further out from the core of Rome is still walkable. We loved that it was close to both St Mary Basilica and St John Laterno, two of the must visit Basilicas in Rome. Thank you Anton for making our stay in Rome a welcoming one.

the host was exceptional. Has a croissant menu for breakfast,, but went out of his way to meet my dietary requirements. Very knowledgeableand helpful in regards to local sightseeing and transport. I found the location to be perfect. with the easy to use train system with in minutes away & in a cheaper area souvenirs, food etc cost less. Quiet room/location never felt unsafe.

if I had to pick an issue, and only to assist others and help host to raise the bar. The free fruit could have been fresher and the shower is a little tight ie you wouldn't want to be any larger than Aus size 16 to get into the shower.

I didn’t eat the breakfast - I love eggs for breakfast! By the end of my Italian trip, I was over croissants. The host provided yoghurt (fruit yoghurt - would have loved natural yoghurt with no sugar), coffee, packets of toast, marmalade and honey and an assortment of croissants etc. The air conditioning was my favourite bit because it was 36 degrees in Rome!

I would have liked some sugar-free options for breakfast. My dream room would have a smart TV.

Our stay was amazing! Antonio was really attentive and as soon as we arrived, he explained all the key spots to visit in Rome and even showed us an app that he created that contains all his recommendations. We booked a smaller room, but it was clean and good for our short stay. The location is convenient and you can reach any monument easily either on foot or by public transport. We really enjoyed the breakfast croissants too! We will for sure be back :)

The location îs very closed to the main atraction and to the Rail Station that îs very convenient! They also offered us food and coffe in the morning and when I asked Something every time I get a fost response. Next trip in Roma we will book here again 4 sure!

The City was very crowded for the new pope, and from what I can Tell You need to be carefull at the bags not to get robbed

Antonio was a great host, gave us sightseeing and travel tips when we arrived and provided us with free croissants for breakfast which was above and beyond what we expected when we booked our stay here. The place is in a great location and never too far from any attractions in Rome. All amenities were also provided and rooms were cleaned daily.

If you are not used to trams/trains then it is possible to hear them in the room we were staying in. However, the sound is reduced as far as practically possible and it's basically a non-problem if you are used to them or you are out exploring Rome all day like we were!

I don't usually leave comments on places I stay, but here is an exception. The reason is its cost-effectiveness and the thoughtful and organized host. He even provided a converter plugged in for electronic devices. The location was excellent, in a nice neighborhood just a 5-minute walk to the terminal. From there, you can take a train, including a direct express train to the airport for 17 euros. The room was clean and everything was super organized.

Our host was friendly and went out of his way to provide complimentary breakfast croissants each morning! He also allowed us to leave our bags temporarily as we roamed around rome waiting for our train which was much later in the day. Location was also close to the train station and we could walk to most major attractions! There is also an elevator which helped w our luggages. The kitchenette was also a huge bonus! Would recommend for short stays!

The host Antonio was extremely kind. The day we arrived he was there to receive us and to give us some tips about Rome. We were positively surprised with the fact that, although the booking didn't include breakfast, we had several free choices in the morning to eat in the property. The room was small, but with a private bathroom and air-conditioning. Perfect to see the city, since you don't want to spend much time in the room.

The room wasn't extremely clean. The door to the elevator was locked many times, so it was useless. The building was a bit loud, so in the night it could get a bit noisy.

Great location and the host was incredibly nice, he even developed his own app with all kind of guides and suggestions for everything you may need. the place is clean and functional and close to station, metro station and rione monti where you can find a lot of nice restaurants and bars
